Տարիների ընթացքում բարձերը կարող են իսկական փոշու բուն դառնալ և տձևանալու պատճառով պարանոցի ցավ առաջացնել:
Հողաթափեր 6 ամիս
Հողաթափերը սնկային վարակների տարածման աղբյուր է: Ուստի շատ հաճախ լվացեք ձեր հողաթափերը:
Լոգարանի սպունգ 2 շաբաթ
Լոգարանի պարագաները կարող են սունկ և բորբոս առաջացնել: Բնական և սինթետիկ լոգարանի պարագաները կարելի է եռացնել ջրի մեջ, որպեսզի բակտերիաները վերանան:
Սրբիչ 1-3 տարի
Խոնավ սրբիչները բակտերիաների առաջացման իդեալական աղբյուր են: Նույնիսկ սրբիչը հաճախակի լվալը չի կարող խնդրի լուծում լինել:
Ատամի խոզանակ 3 ամիս
Իհարկե խոզանակը պետք է փոխել, երբ նրա վրայի թելիկները սկսում են թուլանալ, սակայն այն պետք է նաև փոխել հարբուխ ունենալուց հետո, քանի որ հիվանդանալուց առաջ և հետո նոււյն խոզանակն օգտագործելով՝ մենք մեծացնում ենք կրկին հիվանդանալու ռիսկը:

Սանրները պետք է ամենաքիչը շաբաթը մեկ անգամ մաքրել և տարին մեկ փոխարինել նորով:
Օծանելիք 1-3 տարի
Օծանելիքների մեջ պարունակվող յուղերը մնում են միայն երեք տարի:
Կրծկալ 1-2 տարի
Սպորտային կոշիկներ 1 տարի
Մոտ 400 կմ ապորտային կոշիկներով քայլելուց հետո՝ դրանք կորցնում են իրենց փափկությունն ու հարմարավետությունը և սկսում են ցավեցնել հոդերը:
