Ռուսաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանը՝ ռուսաստանցիներին վիզայի տրամադրումը դադարեցնելու մասին. Սա վրեժ չէ

Վիազների տրամադրումը դադարեցնելը ՌԴ իշխանությունների կողմից այդ երկում ԱՄՆ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչության թվակազմը կրճատելու հետեւանք է։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Ջոն Թեֆթը՝ բացատրելով, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված ռուսաստանցիների համար վիզաների տրամադրման դադարեցումը։ Դեսպանի համապատասխան հայտարարությունը հրապարակվել է ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան YouTube-ի պաշտոնական էջում։

Միաժամանակ Թեֆթն ընդգծել է, որ չի կարելի վիզաների տրամադրման դադարեցումը համարել, որպես վրեժ։

ԱՄՆ դեսպանը ռուսաստանցի օգտատիրոջ հարցին իր տեսապատասխանում հայտարարել է, որ ամերիկյան դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչության անձնակազմի կրճատումը հանգեցրել է կադրային ռեսուրսների վերբաշխման։ «Ես ցավում եմ, որ որոշ ռուս մեկնաբաններ տեղի ունեցածը ներկայացնում են որպես մեր կողմից ցինիկ փորձ, որ դրանով փորձում ենք պատժել ռուսաստանցիներին ի պատասխան մեր կադրային կազմը կրճատելու պահանջի։ Դա բոլորովին այդպես չէ։ Սա վրեժ չէ, բայց մեր անձնակազմն այնքան է կրճատվել, որ ստիպված ենք վերաբաշխել մի շարք խնդիրներում մեր կադրային ռեսուրսները։ Վիզաների տրամադրումը դրանցից մեկն է»,-ընդգծել է դեսպանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ այս շաբաթվա սկզբին ԱՄՆ-ը որոշել էր դադարեցնել ողջ Ռուսաստանի տարածքում վիզաների տրամադրումը, միաժամանակ փոփոխվել են վիզաների ձեւակերպման ժամկետները։ Որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտել օգոստոսի 23-ին։ Վիզաների տրամադրումը կվերսկսվի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից, բայց միայն Մոսկվայում։

Ի պատասխան Ռուսաստանը որոշել է կրճատել Ռուսաստանում ԱՄՆ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչության թվակազմը 755-ով։ Այսպիսով, ՌԴ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան աշխատակիցների թիվը նվազել է՝ հասնելով 455-ի։
