ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում կայացած տոնական համերգի ժամանակ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը ՊՆ ռազմական ուսումնական հաստատությունների շրջանավարտներին մաղթել է խաղաղ, անվտանգ ու պատվով ծառայություն։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը։   «Ուրախ եմ, որ ձեր ընտրած մասնագիտությամբ, ստանալով 1–ին սպայական կոչումները, դուք ուղևորվում եք դեպի մեր զինված ուժեր դեպի փառապանծ բանակ, որը մի ամբողջ երկրի, մի ամբողջ ժողովրդի հենարանն է։ Մեր ողջ ազգը անկեղծ շնորհակալ է ձեզ ձեր հայրենասիրության ու նվիրում համար։ Մենք շնորհակալ ենք նաև ձեր ընտանիքներին, որոնք ձեր հետ միասին կիսելու են այն բեռը, որը սպան, բացի ուսադիրներից կրելու է իր ուսերի վրա»,–ասել է Վիգեն Սարգսյանը։   Նախարարը տղաներին մաղթել է նամուսով, թասիբով ու հաղթանակով ծառայություն։   «Սպա դառնալու ամենակարևոր գիտակցությունն այն է, որ դուք պետք է հստակ պատկերացնեք, որ այսօրվանից մեր պետությունը նաև դուք եք, ձեր ամեն քայլը, ամեն խոսքը անմիջապես արտացոլվում է  ամբողջ պետության ու պետականության վրա: Ես ձեզ խնդրում եմ երբեք չհուսահատվել և դժվարություններից չերկնչել, որովհետև հակառակորդի դավադրությունից չվախեցողը կենցաղային դժվարությունից երբեք  չպետք է վախենա: Ձեր ընտրած ճանապարհը լի է բարդություններով ու վտանգներով, բայց ես վստահ եմ, որ պատվով այդ ճանապարհն անցնելով, միշտ հպարտ եք լինելու ձեր կատարած ընտրության համար»,-ասել է նա:
