«Խոսրովի անտառ»-ի հրդեհի օրերին արձակուրդ գնացած և այդպես էլ որևէ բան չասած Կարեն Կարապետյանն ու նրա թիմը վերջնական որոշում են կայացրել թեմայից հնարավորինս հեռու դիրքավորվել: Անտառ-արգելոցի հրդեհի թեմայով ասուլիսին ներկա էին ԱԻՆ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, Բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը և գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարարը: Նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը չէր եկել: Նա Կարեն Կարապետյանի անմիջական թիմի անդամ է և ինչպես իր թիմի ղեկավարը, այնպես էլ ինքը, ակնհայտորեն փորձում է զերծ մնալ «Խոսրովի անտառ»-ի թեման մեկնաբանելուց: 

Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Կարապետյանն ու իր թիմը տիրապետում են հրդեհի մասին ինչ-որ ինֆորմացիայի, որը նրանց չի թողնում խառնվել թեմային ու պատասխանատվություն վերցնել: Կամ էլ հասկանալով, որ հրդեհշիջման աշխատանքների շուրջ հնչեցվող թե՛ քննադատությունը, թե՛ գովասանքը հասնելու է նրանց՝ թիմի անդամ չհանդիսացող Դավիթ Տոնոյանին, մասամբ էլ Արծվիկ Մինասյանին,  և որոշել են թեմային չխառնվել: 

Այսպես ասած՝ գծել են սահմանը, թե որ ոլորտներում են հաջողություններն ու անհաջողությունները կիսելու: Այսինքն, պարզվում է, որ Ոստիկանության, բանակի, ԱԻՆ-ի և ՀՅԴ-ի կողմից ղեկավարվող ոլորտների հետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը գործ չունի: Պարզապես առաջինները Սերժ Սարգսյանի կադրերն են, դրա համար էլ վարչապետի մուննաթը բացառապես ուղղվում է դաշնակցականների վրա: 

Ներկլանային ռազբորկաների մեջ սովորաբար կորում է ամենակարևորը ՝ քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը: Կարեն Կարապետյանը վարչապետ է, նա պատասխանատու է թե՛ իր թիմի, թե՛ ոչ իր թիմի անդամների հաջողությունների և անհաջողությունների համար, այդպիսին է քաղաքականության բնույթը:
