Ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչում են, բայց կյանքը չի փոխվում

Գաղջ լրահոսի մեջ հանդիպող ոգևորիչ լուրերի մի տեսակ կա հայաստանյան ընթերցողների համար ՝ ԱՄՆ Կենտուկի նահանգի, Վերին Դդմաշեն գյուղի ավագանին ճանաչել է Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Երեկ էլ ԱՄՆ Այովա նահանգը ճանաչեց ցեղասպանությունը ՝ դառնալով թվով 47-րդ նահանգը ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչածներից: Հետաքրքիր է, որ 50 նահանգ ունեցող ԱՄՆ-ի 47 նահանգները ճանաչել են ցեղասպանությունը, բայց բարձրագույն իշխանության մակարդակով այդպես էլ չի ստացվում նույնիսկ գենոցիդ բառը կորզել:
Այսպես էլ ապրում և ուրախանում ենք, երբ աշխարհի որևէ կետում, որևէ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմնի մակարդակով անդրադառնում են մեզ: Սիմվոլիկ հաջողություններով, որոնք որևէ պրակտիկ արդյունքի չեն բերում: Իսկ պրակտիկ արդյունքը հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորումից բացի նաև ցեղասպանության վերապրածների, ցեղասպանության վերանայման, դրա քաղաքական ու ֆինանսական-տնտեսական հարցերի խորը քննարկման առիթը պիտի լինի: Իսկ դա բնականաբար չկա:
2015թ.ին ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակը կարծես փաստեց, որ այսպիսով ցեղասպանության ճանաչման էջը փակվում է: Այն դառնում է բացառապես սփյուռքի մենաշնորհը, իսկ Հայաստանը ստանձնում է միայն տարին մեկ միջոցառում կազմակերպող ուսմասվարի դերակատարում ՝ սփյուռքի հայրենակիցներին ընդունելու համար: Եվ եթե Հայաստանը հրաժարվեր հայ դատից, որպեսզի դրանով հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման պրոցեսում դրական միտում ստեղծեր, էլի հասկանալի կլիներ: Բայց Հայաստանն այժմ անում է ոչ այն, ոչ էլ մյուսը: Հայաստանը հիմա պարզապես կանգնել է տեղում և չի շարժվում ՝ առաջնորդվելով, եթե քայլ չես անում, չես էլ սխալվում տրամաբանությամբ:
