ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է 179 գլուխ մանր եղջերավոր անասունի հափշտակություն. 4 անձ ձերբակալվել է:
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ 2017 թվականի մայիս-օգոստոսին Արագածոտնի մարզի տարբեր գյուղերի բնակիչներից ահազանգեր են ստացվել՝ մանր եղջերավոր անասունների հափշտակությունների վերաբերյալ, որոնք հիմնականում կատարվել են գիշերային ժամերին։ Նշված դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտն մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր եւ ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ կատարված հափշտակությունները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ։
Արդյունքում բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Արագածոտնի մարզում գրանցված 13 դրվագ հափշտակությունը կատարվել է նույն անձանց կողմից, ովքեր մուտք են գործել գյուղացիներին պատկանող անասնագոմերը (շինություններ) եւ հափշտակել պահվող գառները, ոչխարներն ու այծերը։ Պարզվել է առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց շրջանակը եւ 4 անձ, որոնցից 3-ը՝ ծնված 1994 թվականին, իսկ 1-ը՝ 1988թ., ձերբակալվել է։
Բազմակողմանի քննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նույն խմբի կողմից անասնագողություններ են կատարվել նաեւ Արմավիրի մարզում՝ 5 դրվագ։ Որոշում է կայացվել նշված բոլոր 18 դրվագ հափշտակությունները միացնել մեկ վարույթում, որով նախաքննությունը կշարունակվի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում։
Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ հափշտակվել է 179 գլուխ մանր եղջերավոր անասուն, որոնցից 123-ը՝ Արագածոտնի մարզում, 56-ը՝ Արմավիրի մարզում: Հափշտակված մանր եղջերավոր անասունների մի մասը հայտնաբերվել է, որոնք ճանաչվել են որպես իրեղեն ապացույց եւ ի պահ հանձնվել տուժողներին։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ խմբի կողմից կատարված հնարավոր այլ հափշտակությունների դրվագները բացահայտելու, հափշտակված անասուններին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
