Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարությունների միջև հոկտեմբերի 22-ին կնքվեց արդարադատության ոլորտում համագործակցության մասին փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր:

«Հայ-վիետնամական հարաբերությունների զարգացման համար նոր ազդակ է հանդիսացել ընթացիկ տարվա մայիսին ԵԱՏՄ-ի և Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության միջև կնքված ազատ առևտրային գոտու ստեղծման պայմանագիրը, որընպաստելու է երկկողմ տնտեսականհարաբերությունների, մասնավորապես,փոխադարձ ապրանքաշրջանառության ևպայմանագրի մասնակիցների միջևառևտրատնտեսական կապերիզարգացմանը. համաձայնագրով կարÕ �ավորվում է նաև փաստաբանական, նոտարական և իրավաբանականծառայությունների հետ կապված հարցերը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նա հույս հայտնեց, որ իրավական ոլորտում մեր երկրների համագործակցությունն էլ ավելի կնպաստի երկկողմ հարաբերությունների խորացմանը: «Հուշագրի համաձայն` մենք համագործակցելու ենք քրեական օրենսդրության, քաղաքացիական օրենսդրության, դատական գործերի աջակցության կազմակերպման, իրավական օգնության և երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ ոլորտների շուրջ»,- շեշտեց Հովհաննիսյանը:

Իր հերթին Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Հա Հունգ Կունգն ասաց հետևյալը. «Այս հուշագրով նախատեսվում է փոխանակել համապատասխան ոլորտների վերաբերյալ համագործակցությանն առնչվող տեղեկատվությունն ու լավագույն փորձը: Փորձի փոխանակման նպատակով կազմակերպվելու են փորձագետների և պատվիրակությունների հանդիպումներ` փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի վերաբերյալ»:
