Օտարերկրյա քաղաքացին կարող է ստանալ իր կուտակային միջոցները նախքան կենսաթոշակային տարիքը լրանալը

Հայաստանում աշխատող օտարերկրացի քաղաքացին կարող է նախքան կենսաթոշակային տարիքը լրանալը ներկայացնել դիմում և փոխանցել Հայսաստանում իր կուտակած կենսաթոշակային միջոցները օտարերկրյա պետությունում իր անդամակցած կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգին: Այս մասին հայտնում է «Նորք» սոցիալական ծառայությունների տեխնոլոգիական և իրազեկման կենտրոն հիմնադրամ
Եթե օտարերկրյա քաղաքացին վերադառնում է իր մշտական բնակության երկիր և Հայաստանում ունի կենսաթոշակային կուտակային միջոցներ, ապա նա կամ նրա կողմից լիազորված անձը նախ դիմում է ներկայացնում ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարություն՝ կենսաթոշակային ֆոնդի փայերի մարումից առաջացած միջոցները համապատասխան օտարերկրյա պետությունում անդամակցած կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգին փոխանցելու համար պայմանների առկայությունը հավաստող տեղեկանք ստանալու նպատակով:
Նախարարությունը ուսումնասիրում է դիմումը և կից ներկայացված փաստաթղթերը և, խնդիրներ չհայտնաբերելով, 10 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում տրամադրում է հավաստող տեղեկանքը մասնակցին կամ նրա լիազոր անձին և մասնակիցների ռեեստրը վարողին:
Հավաստող տեղեկանքը ստանալուց հետո մասնակիցը Կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիա է ներկայացնում իր կենսաթոշակային միջոցներն օտարերկրյա պետությունում գործող իր կուտակային կենսաթոշակային հաշվին փոխանցելու վերաբերյալ սահմանված դիմումը:
Կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիան, որը կուտակային համակարգի մասնակիցների ռեեստրը վարողն է, 10 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում կազմակերպում է մասնակցի պարտադիր կենսաթոշակային ֆոնդի փայերի մարումն ու մարման արդյունքում ստացված միջոցների փոխանցումը նրա ներկայացրած բանկային հաշվին:
