Արագածոտնի մարզպետն էլ, գյուղփոխնախարարն էլ խաբել են. վաղը արագածավանցիները կփակեն միջպետական ճանապահը

Արագածոտնի մարզի Թալինի տարածաշրջանի Արագածավան համայնքի բնակիչները վաղը կրկին մտադիր են փակել միջպետական նշանակության ավտոմայրուղին:

Այս մասին Past.am-ին տեղեկացրեց ազատավանցիներից մեկը, ով զայրացած պատմում էր, թե ինչպես են իշխանությունները նախ թոզ փչում գյուղացիների աչքերին, խաբում նրանց, հեռանում ու մոռանում տված խոստումն էլ, գյուղացուն էլ, նրանց հոգսն էլ:

«Ծիրան ենք աճեցնում, խնձոր ենք աճեցնում, կարկուտից տուժում ենք, ոչ մեկը չի արձագանքում: Մթերող կազմակերպությունները հրաժարվում են մթերքն ընդունել, ջուր մատակարարողն էլ ջուրը չի տալիս»,- ասաց արագածոտնի բնակիչը:

Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ մի ամիս առաջ գյուղի մեծ ու փոքրով փակել են ճանապարհը: Վերևներից եկել են, խոստումներ տվել ու հեռացել: Բայց, տված խոստումներն, ինչպես օդում՝ ոտքի վրա տվել են, այդպես էլ մնացել են օդում: Տեղ չեն հասել:

«Արագած, Արթենի գյուղերի տեղը մոռացել են մեր հարգարժան իշխանավորները: Գյուղի միջով անցնող հսկա գետն ամեն տարի մի ընտանիքի դժբախտացնում է: Տարի չկա, որ մարդկային զոհ չունենանք այդ գետի պատճառով: Իսկ հողից մի կտոր հաց վաստակելու հույսն էլ մյուս կողմից են սպանում: Հիմա էլի ջուր չունենք»,- ասաց արագածավանցին:

Անցյալ անգամ` ճանապարհը փակելու ժամանակ, գյուղացիների բողոքը լսել են Արագածոտնի մարզպետը, գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարարը: Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով` եկել խաբել, ճանապարհը բացել են տվել, գնացել են ու ամեն ինչ մոռացել: Հիմա կրկին հավաքվել են համայնքապետարանի մոտ: Պայմանավորվում են, թե երբ են այն փակելու: Նա նաև նշեց, որ արդեն երկար ժամանակ է ոռոգման ջուրը կտրել են, բերքը ծառերի վրա չորանում է: Ջրամատակարարները պատճառաբանում են, թե ջրի խնդիր կա, բայց գյուղացիք համոզված են, որ նման խնդիր չկա:

«Ում քեռիները, հորեղբայրները կառավարության անդամներ են, դեպուտատներ են ու մեծ հողեր ունեն, այդ ջուրը պահել են նրանց համար: Խեղճ գյուղացու ջուրը կտրում են, նրանց հողերն են ջրում: Գյուղացին էլ արդեն ճարը կտրած դիմում է ծայրահեղ քայլերի: Եթե ջուրը քիչ է` ինչո՞ւ են մեզ հետ պայմանագիր կնքում, ինչո՞ւ են մեզնից չտված ջրի գումարները գանձում: Մեր հետ պայմանագիր են կնքում, որ ողջ տարին մեզ ջրով ապահովեն, մենք էլ, հավատալով կառավարությանը, ներդրումներ ենք անում: Հետո ամառվա շոգին ջուրը կտրում են ու մեզ թողնում են անձրևի հույսին: Էն անձրևներից կուտակված ջրերը ծախում են մեր վրա, մի քանի օր ջուր են տալիս, հսկայական պարտք են կուտակում մեր վրա, հետո էլ տալիս են դատարան, մարդկանցից վերցնում են այդ գումարները: Այ այս վիճակում է այսօր գյուղացին»,- ասաց Ազատավանի զայրացած բնակիչը:
