Բելառուսի մայրաքաղաք Մինսկում Եվրասիական տնտեսական քաղաքականության կոլեգիային առընթեր ֆինանսական շուկաների գծով Կոնսուլտատիվ կոմիտեի՝ հոկտեմբերի 20-ին կայացած հերթական նիստում, Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի Էկոնոմիկայի եւ ֆինանսական քաղաքականության գծով կոլեգիայի անդամ Թիմուր Սուլեյմանովի նախագահությամբ, քննարկել են ֆինանսական ոլորտում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների օրենսդրությ ան ներդաշնակեցումը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ԵՏՀ-ի մամուլի տեղեկագրին:
Նիստին մասնակցել են Կոնսուլտատիվ կոմիտեի՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրների պետական մարմինները ներկայացնող անդամները եւ ԵՏՀ-ի ներկայացուցիչները:
Հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչները հայտնել են ֆինանսական ոլորտում տեղեկատվության, այդ թվում՝ գաղտնի, փոխանակման մասին 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ի համաձայնագրին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միանալու վերաբերյալ արձանագրության նախագծի վրա աշխատանքի ընթացքի մասին: Հայաստանն այդ փաստաթղթին միանում Է 2015 թվականի հունվարի 2-ին ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցելու կապակցությամբ:
Տեղեկատվության փոխանակման մասին համաձայնագիրը մշակվել Էր տեղեկատվության փոխանակման եւ դրա օգտագործման կարգի սահմանման համար՝ ֆինանսական շուկաների ոլորտում ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների խորացման, ինչպես նաեւ երկրների պետական մարմինների միջեւ գաղտնի տեղեկատվության փոխանակման ապահովման նպատակով՝ ֆինանսական շուկայի մասնակիցների իրավունքները պաշտպանելու համար: Համաձայնագրի նորմերի իրականացումը թույլ կտա բարձրացնել ֆինանսական շուկայի մասնակիցների, ներդրողների եւ Էմիտենտների իրավունքների պաշտպանության մակարդակը, ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ-պետ ությունների ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների գործունեության թափանցիկությունն ու ֆինանսական կայունությունը:
ԵՏՀ-ի ներկայացուցիչները Կոնսուլտատիվ կոմիտեի անդամներին իրազեկել են ԵԱՏՄ-ի տարածքում աուդիտորական գործունեության մասին համաձայնագրի նախագծի վրա կատարվող աշխատանքի ընթացքի մասին, որի պատրաստումը նպատակամղված Է Միության տարածքում աուդիտորական ծառայությունների միասնական շուկայի հիմքերի ստեղծմանը:
ԵԱՏՄ-ի մասին պայմանագրին Հայաստանի եւ Ղրղզստանի միանալու կապակցությամբ փոփոխություններ են կատարվել այդ համաձայնագրի մշակման աշխատանքային խմբի կազմում:
