Թարմ և առանց հավելումների կաթը պետք է ունենա մաքուր սպիտակ գույն և լինի թանձր: Եթե նկատում եք կապտավուն երանգ՝ ամենայն հավանականությամբ կաթի հետ ջուր են խառնել:
Փորձեք մի կաթիլ կաթ կաթացնել հարթ մակերեսի վրա. եթե կաթիլը, պահպանելով իր ձևը, հնարավորինս չցրվի, ուրեմն կաթը բնական է ու առանց ավելորդ հավելումների:
Կարագ
Առանց ավելորդ հավելումների կարագն ունենում է մոտ 75 տոկոս յուղայնություն, եթե այդ տոկոսն ավելի քիչ է, ապա այդ կարագի մեջ գերակայում են տարբեր արհեստական հավելումները:
Բնական ու թարմ կարագի գույնը պետք է լինի ոչ թե ձյունաճերմակ, այլ ավելի շուտ բաց-դեղնավուն:
