Վայոց ձորում բռնկված հրդեհի դեպքով հարուցված քրգործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել մեկ անձի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է Վայոց ձորի մարզում՝ Արտավան գյուղի տարածքում, հրդեհի բռնկման պատճառը։ Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել մեկ անձի:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Վայոց ձորի մարզի Արտավան գյուղի խոտածածկ տարածքներում հրդեհը բռնկվել է օգոստոսի 10-ին, ինչը հետագա օրերին տարածվել է՝ ներառելով Սարավանի անտառպետության որոշ տարածքներ։

Դեպքի առթիվ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 186-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկվել են մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ, որի արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ հրդեհը բռնկվել է անսարք ավտոմեքենայի շահագործման ժամանակ խլացուցչից արտանետված բոցերի հետևանքով։

Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Արտավան համայնքի բնակիչը շուրջ մեկ ամիս անսարք վիճակում գտնվող, խոտանված՝ շահագործման ոչ ենթակա «ՎԱԶ 21011» մակնիշի առանց համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով գնացել է նույն համայնքի խոտհարքի տարածք։ Վերելք բարձրանալու համար արագություն հավաքելու նպատակով ինտենսիվորեն սեղմել է գազի ոտնակը, ինչի հետևանքով ավտոմեքենայի անսարք խլացուցչից արտանետվել են բոցեր, և հրդեհ է բռնկվել: Արդյունքում՝ այրվել է «1-ին բրիգադ» կոչվող խոտհարքի տարածքը, ապա հրդեհը տարածվել է՝ ներառելով Զառիթափ համայնքի խոտհարքների մի մասն ու հարակից «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Վայոց ձորի անտառտնտեսության» մասնաճյուղի Սարավանի անտառպետության տարածքի 300 հա տարածքը:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Վայոց ձորի մարզի բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 186-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և 297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին: Նրա մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է քննչական փորձարարություն։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
