Ռուս տնտեսագետ․ Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը չի խոչընդոտի Թուրքիա – ԵՏՄ մաքսային համաձայնագրի ստորագրմանը

Հայաստանի քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը դժվար թե խոչընդոտի ԵՏՄ-ի ու Թուրքիայի միջեւ մաքսային համաձայնագրի ստորագրմանը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ ասել է ռուս տնտեսագետ Իոսիֆ Դիսկինը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի ու Թուրքիայի միջեւ նորմալ փոխհարաբերությունների ձեւավորման այլընտրանք՝ ռազմավարական առումով գոյություն չունի։ «Ես կարծում եմ, որ Թուրքիան, հասկանալով իր աշխարհքաղաքական դրության ամբողջ բարդությունը, այնուամենայնիվ կվերադառնա «հարեւանների հետ փոխհարաբերություններում զրոյական խնդիրներ» քաղաքականությանը։ Ես չեմ կարծում, թե Հայաստանի քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը կխոչընդոտի ԵՏՄ-ի ու Թուրքիայի միջեւ առեւտրի մասին համաձայնագրի ստորագրմանը»,- կարծիք է հայտնել Իոսիֆ Դիսկինը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ մեկնաբանելով Թուրքիայի էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Նիհաթ Զեյբեկչիի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ Անկարան մտադիր է միանալ ԵՏՄ-ի մաքսային տարածքին՝ Հայաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը շեշտել է․ «Անհեթեթ է այն, որ ԵՏՄ-ին միանալու մասին խոսում է Թուրքիան, որը միակողմանիորեն փակել է հայ-թուրքական սահմանը՝ Թուրքիայի ու ԵՏՄ մաքսային տարածքի միջեւ միակ ցամաքային սահմանը»։
