Վազգեն Մանուկյանը, ցավո՛ք, էլ առաջվանը չէ՜

Այո՛, ԱԺՄ կուսակցության ղեկավար Վազգեն Մանուկյանը, ով տարիներ առաջ բավականին բաց քաղաքական գործիչ էր համարվում, ազատ շփվում էր լրագրողների հետ ու մամուլի ասուլիսների մասնակցում, Հանրային խորհրդի ղեկավար նշանակվելուց հետո մտավ կաբինետ, կամաց-կամաց հեռացավ հասարակությունից ու սկսեց թաքնվել յոթ դռան ետևում:
Ի դեպ, հանրային խորհդի կազմը թեև ՀՀ նախագահն է հաստատում, բայց դա ամենևին էլ չի նշանակում է, որ նրանք չինովնիկներ են, իսկ պաշտոնը՝ չինովնիկական է: Նրանք պարտավոր են սերտ համագործակցել հանրության հետ, որպեսզի կարողանան այս կամ այն հարցի մասին հասարկության կարծիքն իմանան, ուսումնասիրեն դժգոհությունների պատճառները, դրանց լուծման ուղիներ գտնեն ու այն առաջարկեն բարձր ղեկավարությանը:
Այսինքն, այս կառույցում աշխատելը հանաք բան չի և պետք է որ հասարակության առջև հաշվետվողականությունն ավելի բարձր լինի, քան կառավարության ու իշխանությունների պարագայում է: Բայց արի ու տես, որ նախագահի հրամանով Խորհրդի ղեկավարումը ստնաձնած նախկին քաղաքական գործիչ Վ. Մանուկյանը, ով ժամանակին քարը քարին չէր թողնում և աջ ու ձախ քննադատում էր իշխանություններին, արդեն մի քանի տարի է՝ «պաշտոն» ունենալուց հետո, սկսել է ներքևներին արհամարհել ու միայն վերևների հետ շփվել: Նա վաղո՜ւց մոռացել է և՛ հասարակության դժգոհությունների, և՛ պահանջների, և՛ պահանջմունքների մասին: Հիմա նա անվերջ զբաղված է, բայց ինչո՞վ՝ միայն ինքը գիտի ու գուցե նաև իր Աստված:
Բայց որ Հանրային խորհրդի նախագահ նշանակվելուց հետո նա դարձել է չխոսկան, կփաստեն բոլորը, իսկ թե ուր է կորել իր հիմնած ԱԺՄ կուսակցությունը այդպես էլ չի հաջողվում պարզել: Ստացվում է, որ ժողովրդի «մատից» փուշ հանելու համար ստեղծված կառույցը ոչ միայն չի ծառայում իր նպատակին, այլև՝ պոակ-մոակների նման, դեռ իր դեմքը նորմալ ցույց չտված, շատ արագ ճահճացել է ու դարձել անպիտան կառույց:
Մնում է արձանագրել, որ ցավոք Վ. Մանուկյանն այլևս առաջվանը չէ, հիմա նա կիսապետական, կիսահասարակական, կիսաքաղաքական ու ընդհանրապես հասարակության խնդիրների հետ որևէ աղերս չունեցող գործերով է զբաղվում ու ընդամենը օրեր մթեցնում: Այդ պատճառով է, որ ո՛չ մամուլին, ո՛չ էլ հասարակությանը առանձնապես ասելիք չունի:
