Վանաձորում տեղի ունեցած սպանության փորձը բացահայտվել է. ՔԿ-ն հետախուզում է հայտարարել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Վանաձորում Էդմոն Հարությունյանի նկատմամբ կատարված սպանության փորձը՝ դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 14-ին «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 21:00-ին, որովայնի շրջանի հրազենային վնասվածքով բուժօգնության է դիմել Էդմոն Սեյրանի Հարությունյանը:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Է. Հարությունյանը հրազենային վնասվածքն ստացել է Վանաձոր քաղաքի Երևանյան խճուղու 64 շենքին հարակից տեղանքում։ Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են թվով 2 պարկուճ, 1 գնդակ և արնանման հետքեր:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում որոշում է կայացվել` Էդմոն Հարությունյանին տուժող ճանաչելու մասին, առգրավվել «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերություն ընդունվելու պահին նրա հագուստները, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ է.Հարությունյանի ուղղությամբ կրակոցներ են արձակվել խճուղու 64-րդ շենքի դիմաց՝ «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայից. ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը նստած է եղել վարորդի կողքի նստատեղին։ Վերջինիս ինքնությունը պարզվել է. նա Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1982թ.:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել՝ Վանաձորի 32-ամյա բնակիչ Ա.Շահինյանին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը և հայտարարվել հետախուզում: Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանությանը՝ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել հետախուզվողին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ միջադեպին հնարավոր առնչություն ունեցած այլ անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
