Շատ աղջիկների համար արևայրուքը հատուկ արարողակարգի է վերածվում: Մաշկն ամեն գնով մգացնելու համար շատերը ժամերով պառկում են արևի տակ, որը հաճախ ցանկալի արդյունքից բացի վնասներ է պատճառում առողջությանը: Իրականում շատ կարևոր է իմանալ արևայրուքի ճիշտ կանոնները, որոնց մասին էլ Life.panorama.am-ը խոսել է «Հելիոս» բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկ-մաշկաբան Տաթևիկ Հարությունյանի հետ:
«Ամռանը կոսմետիկ միջոցների ցանկում ամենակարևոր ընտրությունը պետք է լինի արևապաշտպանը: Ոչ գրագետ արևայրուքի դեպքում, երբ հաշվի չի առնվում մաշկի ֆոտոտիպը, ժառանգականության գործոնը, մարդը կարող է ստանալ մինիմալ այրվածքներից մինչև մաշկի քաղցկեղի տարբեր տեսակներ: Այս պարագայում պետք չէ անտեսել նաև ֆոտոծերացման գործոնը: Բացի դրանից արևայրուքի ժամանակ արտադրվող մելանինը քայքայվելիս կարող է նաև վերածվել կանցեռոգեն գործոնի»,- նշեց բժիշկն ու շարունակեց. «Արևապաշտպան միջոցների ճիշտ և ժամանակին կիրառումը շատ կարևոր է մաշկի հետ կապված հետագա խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար, հատկապես կարևոր է հետբորբոքային պիգմենտացիայի հակում ունեցող մաշկի առկայության դեպքում, օրինակ՝ պոստակնեի ախտանշաններով, ինչպես նաև պեպենների, լենտիգոյի և սեբորեային կեռատոզների կանխարգելման համար, որոնք լայնորեն տարածված են տարբեր տարիքային խմբերում»:
