Հայաստանում կրկին ակտիվացել են խոսակցությունները բիզնես օմբուդսմենի մասին: Խոսքը գործարարության ոլորտում իրավունքների պաշտպանության առանձին ադմինիստրատիվ, բայց անկախ ապարատ ունենալու մասին է: Գործարարները կասկածամտորեն են վերաբերվում այդ նախաձեռնությանը: 

Մեծ հաշվով, եթե բոլոր ոլորտներում, որտեղ կան խնդիրներ, ստեղծվի օմբուդսմենի հաստիք, ապա Հայաստանում ավելի շատ օմբուդսմեն կլինի, քան տաքսու վարորդ: Ընդհանրապես, պետություններին հարիր է խնդիրները լուծել ոչ թե անհատական միջամտությունների, այլ համակարգերի ներդրման միջոցով: Այս իմաստով բիզնես օմբուդսմենի ինստիտուտի մասին խոսակցությունները ակամայից հիշեցնում են թեժ գծի հեռախոսների զանգերի սպասարկմամբ տնտեսությունը բարելավել փորձող վարչապետի բազմաթիվ օգնականների մասին: 

Գործարարության իրավունքներն ու շահերը կարող են պաշտպանված լինել երկու դեպքում՝ երբ կա պետության կողմից հավասար խաղի կանոնների առկայություն: Երկրորդը ՝ երբ կա անկախ դատարան, որ կարող է ծագած կոնֆլիկտները լուծել օբյեկտիվ կերպով: Այլապես, անկախ օմբուդսմենի հաստիքի առկայությունից կամ աշխատանքից, որևէ բան փոխել չի լինում:

Հայաստանում կա օմբուդսմենի ինսիտուտ. խոսքը ՄԻՊ մասին է: Հայաստանում ՄԻՊ աշխատել են շատերը, ոմանք անկախ են եղել, ոմանք անկախ են եղել, հետո ինտեգրվել չինովնիկական էությանն ու վարքին, ոմանք փորձել են պահել լոյալություն հասարակության և իշխանության միջև: Բայց օմբուդսմեններին չի հաջողվել լուծել ամենաարևոր խնդիրները, որովհետև դրանց լուծումը նրանց իրավասության տիրույթում չէ: Նրանք կարողացել կամ չեն կարողացել որոշակիորեն թեթևացնել մարդկանց հոգսը, թղթաբանական քաշքշուկը և վերջ:
