Ո՞վ է պատասխան տալու Խոսրովի արգելոցում բռնկված հրդեհի համար

Խոսրովի արգելոցում բռնկավծ հրդեհը էկոլոգիական աղետ է Հայաստանի նման երկրի համար, որտեղ անտառները և վայրի կենդանիներն առանց այդ էլ "դեֆիցիտ" են:
4-րդ դարում Արշակունիների դինաստիայի Խոսրով Բ թագավորի կողմից տնկված անտառին երևի ամենամեծ վնասը հասցվեց 21-րդ դարում: Հիշեցնեմ, որ Խոսրովի անտառ պետական արգելոցի ընդհանուր մակերեսը 27 հզր հա է: Այրվել է 1000 հա, այսինքն՝ արգելոցի 3, 7%-ը: Սա, ի դեպ, պաշտոնական տվյալներ են:
Ես մի կողմ եմ թողնում ԱԻՆ-ի և Բնապահպանության նախարարությունների բացարձակ չպատրաստված լինելը այսպիսի աղետներին: Բայց ինձ մի քանի հարց է հետաքրքրում: Նախ, ի՞նչն է եղել հրդեհի պատճառը: Ես գիտեմ, որ Ռուսաստանում անտառային հրդեհների հիմնական պատճառները շոգ եղանակների պատճառով ինքնահրկիզվող տորֆն է և մարդկային գործոնը: Եվրոպայի ամենահրդեհավտանգ երկներից մեկում՝ Պորտուգալիայում, ըստ Պորտուգալիայի քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության գործակալության մամուլի քարտուղար Պատրիսիա Գասպարիի, անտառային հրդեհների 90%-ը մարդածին բնույթ ունեն` լինի դա անփութության հետևանքով, թե միտումնավոր: Թե ի՞նչ է եղել Խոսրովի անտառում բռնկած հրդեհի պատճառը կարելի էր պարզել ընդամենը մի քանի օրում: Բայց մեր պատկան մարմինները լռում են: .Ես որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի ցանկանում են իմանալ, թե ու՞մ կամ ինչի՞ պատճառով այսպիսի աղետ տեղի ունեցավ 1958 թ-ին կազմավորված արգելոցում: Հայաստանում այսպիսի շոգեր միշտ էլ լինում են, բայց չգիտես ինչու՛ հենց այս տարի բռնկվեց Խոսրովի անտառը:
Ցիվիլ երկրներում այսպիսի աղետների ժամանակ "գլուխներ են թռնում": .
Ամենաքիչը, Խոսրովի արգելոցի տնօրենին կձերբակալեին, իսկ բնապահպանության նախարարն էլ կազատվեր պաշտոնից: Բայց դա քաղաքակիրթ երկրներում: Իսկ մեզ մոտ բոլորն իրենց պաշտոններում են: Ու հիմա նրանք ամեն ինչ կանեն, որ թաքցնեն իրականությունը: Ամենաշատը, մի քանի "կիլկիների" կզոհեն՝ժողովրդի աչքին թոզ փչելու համար, որ "շնաձկները" ազատության մեջ մնան:
Ասածիս ապացույցը.Վայոց ձորի Արտավան գյուղի մոտակայքում բնկված անտառային հրդեհի մեղավորը ժամեր անց պարզվեց: Գյուղացիներից մեկն էր դրա "հեղինակը": Բայց Խոսրովի անտառում տեղի ունեցած աղետի հեղինակներին և մեղավորներին դեռ մինչև հիմա չեն բացահայտել:
