1. Ակնկալիքներ, թե ձեզ ինչպես պետք է սիրեն

Սիրված լինելու ցանկությունը բնական մարդկային ցանկություն է։ Բայց երբ ցանկությունը վեր է ածվում ակնկալիքի, դա հաճախ պահանջկոտության ու հիասթափության պատճառ է դառնում։ 
Բայց ճշմարտությունն այն է, որ ոչ ոք չի կարող ձեզ սիրել հատկապես այնպես, ինչպես դուք եք ցանկանում։ Յուրաքանչյուրը սիրում է այնպես, ինչպես ինքն է հասկանում սերը։ Ձեր զուգընկերն էլ ձեզ սիրում է այնպես, ինչպես կարող է ու պատկերացնում է։ 
Երբ դուք ձեր ակնկալիքներն ունեք, թե ինչպես պետք է ձեզ սիրեն ու ձեզ զայրացնում է, որ նա չի հասկանում ձեզ, դուք ենթադրում եք, որ նա պետք է աշխարհին նայի ձեր աչքերով։ Բայց դա անհնար է։ Արդյունքում դժգոհ եք մնում եւ՛ դուք, եւ՛ նա։ 

2. Անցյալ փորձի հիման վրա սիրո մասին ձեր պատկերացումները ձեւավորելը

Յուրաքանչյուրն ունի կյանքի ու սիրային հարաբերությունների սեփական փորձը։ Բոլորը ունեն տարբեր ծնողներ, մանկություն, դաստիարակություն, համապատասխանաբար նաեւ տարբեր պատկերացումներ այն մասին, թե ինչպիսին պետք է լինեն հարաբերությունները։ 
Բայց որոշակի փուլում կարեւոր է գտնել ոսկե միջինը։ Ընդ որում պետք է ցանկություն լինի ընդունել մեկ ուրիշի տեսակետը ։ Երբ մենք շարունակում ենք պնդել մեր տեսակետը՝ հարաբերությունները չեն զարգանում։ 

3. Երբ ձեզ համար ավելի կարեւոր է իրավացի՝ քան երջանիկ լինելը

Հարաբերություններում ամենամեծ խնդիրներից մեկը, որը հանգեցնում է տանը իշխանության համար մշտական պայքարի, անվստահության ու վեճերի։ Դա բացասաբար է ազդում ընտանեկան շփման ու հարաբերությունների վրա։

Եթե ձեզ համար ամենակարեւորը իրավացի լինելն է, այդ դեպքում ձեր զուգընկերն իրեն կզգա անկարեւոր, չսիրված ու թերագնահատված ։

Հարաբերությունները ստացվում են այն ժամանակ, երբ երկուսն էլ կենտրոնացած են այդ հարաբերությունների, այլ ոչ թե իրենց սեփական անձի վրա։ Դուք պետք է նկատեք ձեր զուգընկերոջ տեսակետների կարեւորությունը ու հաշվի նստեք դրանց հետո, այդպես դուք նրան ավելի լավ կսկսեք հասկանալ։

Դուք այդ ձեւով ձեր զուգընկերոջը ցույց կտաք, որ անտարբեր չեք նրա նկատմամբ, ու որ ձեզ համար կարեւոր են նրա հետ հարաբերությունները։ 

4. Կարեւոր խնդիրների մասին լռելը

Շատերը պարզապես անտեսում են հարաբերություններում խնդրահարույց հարցերը՝ ամենօրյա շպապողականության, երեխաների, ընտանեկան հոգսերի պատճառով։ Արդյունքում զուգընկերները ժամանակ ու եռանդ չեն ունենում քննարկել այն, ինչն իրոք կարեւոր է իրենց համար։ 
Կամ գուցե ոմանք պարզապես վախենում են վեճերից ու խուսափում են կոնֆլիկտներից։ Մի հետաձգեք խոսակցությունները, այդպես դուք ավելի կխորացնեք խնդիրը։ Այն կմնա չլուծված, ընդ որում հարաբերությունները դրանից կդառնան լարված, մանր վեճերով ու անվստահությամբ լի։ 
Սովորեք լուծել խնդիրները, երբ դրանք ծագում են։ 

5. Երեխաների պահանջներն առաջնահերթ համարելը

Վիճակագրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ երկրորդ ամուսնությունները շատ ավելի հաճախ են ավարտվում ամուսնալուծությամբ, եթե ընտանիքում առաջին ամուսնությունից երեխաներ կան։ 
Իհարկե բարդ է գտնել ճիշտ հավասարակշռություն, որպեսզի նոր ծնողի հետ ընտանիքում եւ երեխան իրեն անուշադրության մատնված չզգա, եւ նոր զուգընկերը։ Բայց այս իրավիճակում կարեւոր է չմոռանալ մտածել ինքներդ ձեր մասին։
