Ռուս-հայկական խրախճանք Օշականում. թիրախում Իրանն է
ANALYSIS
1827 թ. օգոստոսի 17-ին Օշականում հայ-ռուսական զորքերը հաղթանակ էին տարել պարսկական զորքերի նկատմամբ: Ընթանում էր ռուս-պարսկական պատերազմ և Օշականի ճակատամարտը ամենակարևորներից էր այդ պատերազմում: Օրեր առաջ ՝ հենց օգոստոսի 17-ին, Օշականի հաղթանակի 190-ամյակն էին նշում ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպան Վոլինկինը, Պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Արտակ Զաքարյանը և մի խումբ այլ պաշտոնատար անձիք:
Ինչու՞ հենց հիմա ու ինչու՞ Օշականի հաղթանակը: Պատասխանը պարզ է: Հայ-իրանական հարաբերություններում նկատվում է ակնհատ դրական տենդենց: Տենդենցն առայժմ քաղաքական հայտարարությունների մակարդակում է, բայց ներուժ ունի վերածվելու տնտեսականի: Տնտեսականի վերածվելու դեպքում այդ ներուժն ուղղակիորեն հարվածելու է ռուսական շահերին ՝ գազի և տարածաշրջանում Իրանի ամրապնդման տեսքով: Եվ ինչ-որ կերպ պետք է խաթարել այս դրական միտումը: Եվ երբ ներկա ժամանակում առաջարկելու բան չունես, դիմում ես պատմությանը: Ռուսներին ծանոթ գործելաոճ ՝ ներկայի դատարկությունը փոխհատուցել անցյալից փոխառություններով: Ուստի և հայ-ռուսական զորքերի հաղթանակը պարսկական զորքերի նկատմամբ դառնում է հենց այդ անցյալի փոխառությունը, որը ներկայում մեսիջ է Իրանին:
Հայկական կողմը կարող էր չհամաձայնվել, տեսականորեն: Գործնականում չէր կարող: Ինչպես և չէր կարող խորը և համապարփակ ասոցացման պայմանագիրը ստորագրել ու որոշեց մտնել Մաքսային միություն: Հետաքրքիր է, ինչպես են Իրանում ընկալելու այս հայ-ռուսական տոնակատարությունը: Օրինակ, երբ Հայաստանը մեկ գիշերում մտավ Մաքսային միություն և մոռացավ ասոցացման պայմանագրի մասին, եվրոպացի չինովնիկները սկզբից վիրավորված արձագանքեցին, այնուհետ մեղմացրին հռետորաբանությունը և հասկացան, որ Հայաստանը ստիպված էր: Մնում է Իրանը ևս հասկանա այդ ամենը, հասկանա ու ների Հայաստանին ու իր քաղաքական վերնախավին, որ մի տեղ մի բան է խոսում, մեկ այլ տեղ այլ բան անում:
