Տեղյակ չեմ, որ ԳԱԼԱ-ն դադարեցրել է բոյկոտը, նիստերին մասնակցելն իրենց գործն է: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Գյումրու ավագանու «Հայկական վերածնունդ» խմբակցության անդամ Համիկ Պողոսյանը: Նա ընդգծեց, որ համագործակցության, ավագանու աշխատանքների մասին հարցերը պետք է տալ արձակուրդից հետո:

ՀՎԿ-ն դեռ հունիս ամսին էր դադարեցրել բոյկոտը և հասցրել էր մասնակցել ավագանու մեկ նիստի, մամուլն էլ գրել էր, որ Գյումրու քաղաքապետի ավագ որդին՝ Միսակ Բալասանյանը, հանդիպել է ավագանու ՀՎԿ-ական 4 անդամների հետ և յուրաքանչյուրին խոստացել ամսական 300 հազար դրամ : 

Համիկ Պողոսյանը, անդրադառնալով այս հրապարակումներին, նշեց. «Մի անգամ նիստի գնացինք, կրա՞կն ընկանք, հիմա արձակուրդ է, սեպտեմբերին նոր պիտի գնանք: Եթե իրականություն է, թող դատախազություն դիմեն, դատախազությունը զբաղվի էդ հարցով։ Եթե կաշառք տալու, վերցնելու գործ է, ուրեմն պիտի դատախազությունը զբաղվի, ուրեմն արհամարհել են լրագրողի գրածը, դրա համար էլ ընթացք չեն տվել: Նման բան որ հայտարարում են, պիտի փաստ ունենան, թող ապացուցեն, նոր խոսեն»,-շեշտեց նա։

Համիկ Պետրոսյան նշեց, որ նիստերին մասնակցելը եղել է ՀՎԿ ղեկավարության որոշումը, իսկ ավագանու մնացած անդամները ինչ են որոշում՝ իրենց խնդիրն է:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Գյումրիում 2016 թ-ի հոկտեմբերին կայացած ավագանու ընտրություններից հետո ավագանի ընտրված ՀՎԿ, ԲՀԿ, «ԳԱԼԱ» խմբակցությունների անդամները բոյկոտել էին նիստերը, անհամաձայնություն հայտնել մանդատների բաշխման գործընթացին, որի արդյունքում «Բալասանյան» դաշինքից քաղաքապետ էր ընտրվել Սամվել Բալասանյանը: 3 ուժերը դիմել էին դատարան, այնուհետև՝ Սահմանադրական դատարան, սակայն հաջողության չէին հասել:

Ավագանու աշխատանքների բոյկոտը առաջինը դադարեցրել էր ՀՎԿ-ն, օրեր առաջ նաև ԳԱԼԱ-ն, իսկ ԲՀԿ խմբակցությունը դեռ բոյկոտում է, կուսակցության քաղխորհրդում դեռ բոյկոտը դադարեցնելու հարցը չի քննարկվել:
