«Մենք ապահովում ենք տնտեսվարողի իրավական ապահովություն, իսկ նախարարությանը պետք չէ, որ ֆերմերն իր կողքին ունենա նման մարդ, որ իրենք կարողանան իրենց կամայականություններն անել»,- այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման տեսակետ հայտնեց Հայ ձկնարտադրողների և ձկնարտահանողների միության» ՀԿ նախագահ Արթուր Աթոյանը: Ինչպես նշեց բանախոսը, ամիսներ առաջ ձկի գնի անկման համար միակ չուրախացողն ինքն է եղել: Աթոյանը նշեց, թե գնանկումը եղել է լիկվիդացիոն գների հետևանք, որովհետև տնտեսություններ էին փակվում. «Մենք առնչվում էինք տնտեսագիտության օրենքների ապացուցված կանոնների հրամայականի հետ՝ լճացման վիճակ էր, ու լիկվիդացիոն գներ էին: Այդ ժամանակ փոքրերը դուրս են մնում, իսկ սրանից հետո ձկի գինը նորից բարձրացավ: Թառափը հիմա 3600 դրամ է, իշխանը՝ 2400, իսկ այն ժամանակ 1500-1600 դրամ էր իշխանը: Շուկան չի կարողանում իմունիտետ տալ տնտեսվարողին, որ ճգնաժամի ժամանակ չքայքայվի: Հիմա մենք լճացումը թևակոխեցինք, բայց գնում ենք դեպի ճգնաժամ»,- շարունակեց Աթոյանը:

«Հայ ձկնարտադրողների և ձկնարտահանողների միության» ՀԿ նախագահն ընդգծեց, որ ձկնարտադրության վիճակը ՀՀ-ում անկայուն ու անհուսադրող է: Աթոյանը պնդեց. «Ձկնարտադրողը ձկի ինքնարժեքի իջեցման խնդիր ունի, որպեսզի կարողանա մրցունակ լինել նաև միջազգային շուկայում:

Ջրի ու ձկան կերի խնդիր կա: Կերը, երբ էժան է, ինքնարժեքն էժան է լինում, իսկ մենք հիմա ինքնարժեքի խնդիր ունենք, մենք մրցունակությանը չենք դիմանում հենց ինքնարժեքի համար: Հիմա մենք թթվածնով ենք ջուրը հագեցնում, սակայն սա էլ հարցի լուծում չէ, քանի որ նման ձևով շատ ձուկ են լցնում ջրավազան, իսկ էլէներգիայի անջատումների պատճառով խնդիրներ են առաջանում: Էլէներգիայի անջատումների պատճառով մարդիկ մի քանի տոննա ձկան կորուստ ն ունեցել: Հիմա մեզ ավելի էժան կեր է հարկավոր, որպեսզի կարողանանք մրցակցել Թուրքայի հետ, օրինակ՝ Ադրբեջանը շուտով ՌԴ շուկա է մտնելու թառափի մեծ քանակությամբ»:
