Նախքան սեքսը պոռնոֆիլմեր մի դիտեք։ Այդպիսի ֆիլմեր դիտելիս տղամարդկանց մոտ ավելի շատ է սերմնահեղուկ արտադրվում։ Պոռնո դիտելը խորհուրդ է տրվում այն դեպքում, եթե դրանից հետո տղամարդը մի փոքր լիցքաթափվում է։
Կարող եք հակաբեղմնավորիչ քսուքներ կամ մոմիկներ օգտագործել։ Այդ միջոցներն իրենց բաղադրության մեջ սպերմիցիդներ են պարունակում, որոնք կնոջ հեշտոցի մեջ սպանում են ձվաբջիջը։
