1. Նա պարզապես վատ է դաստիարակված

Առաջինը սա է ձեր մտքով անցնում, երբ նա չի զանգահարում ու անհետանում է։ Եւ դուք իրավացի եք։ Նման մարդիկ կան ու միանգամայն հնարավոր է, որ դուք նրանցից մեկին եք հանդիպել։ Հաճախ առանց նախազգուշացման անհետանում են նրանք, ովքեր պատրաստ չեն հարաբերությունների, կամ էլ նրանք, ովքեր այլ առաջնահերթություններ ունեն։

«Իմ խորհուրդը՝ սրտին մոտ մի ընդունեք։ Դա վիճակագրություն է, հետևաբար այդպես կարող է հետագայում էլ պատահել, ու ոչ միայն ձեզ հետ։ Եթե մեկին դուք չեք հետաքրքրել, կգտնվեն երկուսը, ովքեր ձեզ հրապուրիչ կհամարեն»։ 

3. Դուք ձեզ հետ ժամադրության եք «բերել» ձեր նախորդին

Երբեք ժամադրության ժամանակ մի քննարկեք ձեր նախորդ հարաբերությունները, կամ, ինչն ավելի վատ է, մի գանգատվեք դրանցից։ «Ոչ ոք չի ուզում ձեր դեմքին բարկություն տեսնել ու տհաճ բաներ լսել առաջին ժամադրության ժամանակ։ Ձեր զրուցակիցը կսկսի իրեն պատկերացնել այն մարդու դերում, ում մասին դուք պատմում եք, ու դա նրան կստիպի փախչել նման հարաբերություններից»,- ասում է ամերիկացի քոուչ Ֆեյ Գոլդմանը։

4. Ժամադրւթյունն ավելի շատ հարցազրույց էր հիշեցնում

Այնքան շատ բան եք ուզում իմանալ՝ գուցե սա հենց այն մարդն է, ում հետ դուք կանցկացնեք ձեր ամբողջ կյանքը։ Հնարավոր է, իրոք այդպես է։ Բայց ձգտեք չվնասել ձեր նոր սկսվող հարաբերույթուններին՝ նրան ուղղելով հարցերի տարափ, որոնցից նա իրեն կզգա այնպես, ինչպես աշխատանքի ընդունվելիս՝ հարցազրույցի ժամանակ։ 
«Երբեմն միայնակ մարդիկ չափից զգուշավոր են ու ուզում են իրենց ընտրյալի մասին իմանալ բոլոր մանրուքները, երբ նրանց կապը դեռ չի էլ սկսվել։ Դա առաջացնում է նման ագրեսիվ հետաքրքրությունից պաշտպանվելու ցանկություն։ Չափը մի՛ անցեք»,- ասում է քոուչ Նիլի Սթեյնբերգը։

5. Ձեր առաջին ժամադրությունը չափից երկար է տևել

Իզուր չեն ասում, որ առաջին ժամադրության համար նախընտրելի է փոքր սրճարանը կամ բարը։ Սուրճ խմելու համար կես ժամը բավական է։ Այդ ընթացքում կարելի է շփվել, առանց մանրուքների մեջ խորանալու ու հաճելի տպավորություն թողնել զրուցակցի վրա։ Դրա համար էլ քոուչ Դամոն Հոֆմանն իր հաճախորդներին խորհուրդ տալիս առաջին ժամադրությանը հատկացնել մեկ- երկու ժամ, ոչ ավելին։ Մոխրոտի մասին հեքիաթը նաև այս իմաստուն ուղերձն է պարունակում։ 
«Ժամադրությունը պետք է այնպես ավարտվի, ասես դեռ կիսատ է մնացել։ Հաջորդ անգամ հանդիպելիս՝ տղամարդը անպայման անհամբեր կսպասի շարունակությանը»։
