ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներն այժմ աշխատում են ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման նպատակով հերթական գագաթնաժողովի կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ: Այդ մասին ամենշաբաթյա բրիֆինգի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան՝ ավելացնելով, որ այդ ուղղությամբ համանախագահները հայտարարությամբ հանդես կգան սեպտեմբերի կեսերին:   

«Ռուսաստանը մշտապես աջակցել է այն քայլերին, որոնք ուղղված են ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում լարվածության թուլացմանը: Այս ուղղությամբ կոնկրետ քայլերի անհրաժեշտությունը բազմիցս հայտարարել են համանախագահները, այդ մասին խոսվել է 2016 թվականին Վիեննայում կայացած գագաթնաժողովում, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում՝ 2016-ի հուլիսին, միաժամանակ, համանախագահների կողմից առաջարկված քայլերի իրականացումը կախված է հակամարտության կողմերի բարի կամքից: Մեր կողմից անում ենք հնարավորը, որպեսզի կայունացնենք իրավիճակը, ստեղծենք պայմաններ բանակցային գործընթացի շարունակության համար՝ ուղղված հակամարտության կարգավորմանը: Հենց նման մոտեցումը Մոսկվայում կարևորեցին Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարներն այս տարվա ապրիլին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասել է Զախարովան՝ հավելելով, որ այժմ համանախագահներն աշխատում են հերթական գագաթնաժողովի նախապատրաստման ուղղությամբ, այդ նպատակով նրանք այս տարվա հուլիսին Բրյուսելում բանակցություններ են վարել Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների հետ: «Արդյունքում, սեպտեմբերի կեսերին Նյու Յորքում կայանալիք ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեայի նստաշրջանում այդ թեմայով կարվի համապատասխան հայտարարություն: Ցանկանում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել, որ Ռուսաստանում ղարաբաղյան թեմային ցուցաբերվում է հատուկ ուշադրություն, այն մեր արտաքին քաղաքականության առաջանահերթությունների թվում է»,- շեշտել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը:
