Նման մասշտաբի մեծ հրդեհներ լինում են ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլեւ ամբողջ աշխարհում: Այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց բնապահպան Սիլվա Ադամյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ տարածքում՝ Վայոց ձորում եւ «Խոսրովի անտառ» արգելոցում բռնկված հրդեհներին: «Դրանց պատճառները հիմնականում մոլորակում ընթացող լուրջ կլիմայական փոփոխություններն են: Հիդրոմետ ծառայությունը պարբերաբար զգուշացնում էր հրդեհավտանգ իրավիճակի մասին եւ´ քաղաքացիներին, եւ´ պատկան մարմիններին: Սրան ծանոթ էին բոլորը: Գուցե պատկան մարմինները զգույշ են եղել, բայց եղածը եղած է»,- նշեց բնապահպանը:

Ըստ բանախոսի, հրդեհների պատճառով կորուստներ ենք կրել Խոսրովի անտառում, որն ուներ շատ հարուստ բնաշխարհ: Հայաստանը պետք է պատրաստ լիներ նման հրդեհների: Հայաստանում, որտեղ լինում է շոգ ամառ, Արտակարգ իրավիճակներին նախարարությունը կազմ-պատրաստ պետք է լիներ նման իրավիճակի: Սակայն ի՞նչ եղավ: Գնացին եւ´ ԱԻՆ-ի ներկայացուցիչները, եւ´ կամավորներ, եւ´ մարդիկ Բնապահպանության նախարարությունից: Բայց պարզվեց, որ ԱԻՆ-ը զինված չի եղել համապատասխան տեխնիկայով, ունեցել է միայն ջրցան մեքենաներ: 1-2 ուղղաթիռ է եղել, որը իմ տվյալներով վերեւից հող թողնելու փոխարեն բաց է թողել ցեմենտի պարկեր, ինչն ուղղակի անթույլատրելի գործողություն է:Նկատենք, որ երբ բնապահպաններն այդ մասին բարձրաձայնել են, նրանց ասել են, որ ցեմենտի քանակությունը չնչին է եղել: Սիլվա Ադամյանին այս պատասխանը չի գոհացրել. «Իմանալով հանդերձ, որ կանչել են ինքնաթիռը, որը մեծ քանակությամբ ջուր պետք է բաց թողներ Խոսրովի արգելոցի վրա, ցեմենտ լցնել անտառի տարածքում ուղղակի անգրագիտություն է, անփութություն: Չգիտեմ՝ ԱԻՆը-ը ինչով է մտածել, որ ցեմենտ է շաղ տվել: Գուցե ցայտնոտի մեջ են ընկել ու անկառավարելի իրավիճակ է եղել, որովհետեւ, իսկապես, չէին կարողանում կրակը մարել»:

Սիլվա Ադամյանը նշեց, որ հատուկ այս դեպքերի համար ինքնաթիռ ունեցող երկրների շարքում է Ադրբեջանը: Նման իրավիճակների տեխնիկապես պատրաստ են այնպիսի երկրներ, ինչպիսիք են՝ Ղազախստանը, Մոլդովան. «Իմ գործընկերները ասում են՝գիտեք, դա մեծ գումար է եւ այլն: Բայց կներեք, երկրի անվտանգության համար մենք պետք է ունենանք ամեն ինչ: Սա միայն բնապահպանական խնդիր չէ: Եթե հրդեհը չմեկուսացվեր ժամանակին, արդեն հասնելու էր բնակելի տարածքների: Եթե ռուսական ինքնաթիռը չգար, չգիտեմ՝ ինչ էինք անելու: Մենք ի վիճակի չենք մեր իսկ երկրում մեր ուժերով որեւէ բան անել»,- ասաց նա:
