ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունում նշել են ԿԺԴՀ-ի հետ բանակցություններ սկսելու գլխավոր պայմանը

ԿԺԴՀ-ն պետք է ցույց տա ապամիջուկայնացման մտադրությունների լրջությունն ԱՄՆ-ի հետ բանակցություններ սկսելու համար: Այդ մասին ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Պետքարտուղարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Հիզեր Նոյերթը:

«Մենք կցանկանայինք բանակցություններ վարել (ԿԺԴՀ առաջնորդ) Կիմ Չեն Ընի հետ, երբ գա ժամանակը: Երբ նրանք ցույց կտան, որ նրանք լուրջ են տրամադրված ապամիջուկայնացման ուղղությամբ շարժվելու համար: Մենք դեռ դա չենք տեսնում»,- հայտարարել է Նոյերթը ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր Tert.am-ը, ԱՄՆ զինված ուժերի շտաբերի պետերի միացյալ կոմիտեի նախագահ Ջոզեֆ Դանֆորդը հայտարարել է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները պատրաստ է կիրառել իր ռազմական հնարավորությունների ամբողջ սպեկտրը Փհենյանի միջուկային սպառնալիքից պաշտպանվելու համար:

Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջին մի քանի ամսվա ընթացքում իրավիճակը Կորեական թերակղզու շուրջ շարունակում է խիստ լարված մնալ: Միացյալ Նահանգները բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ «Փհենյանի նկատմամբ ռազմավարական համբերության ժամանակաշրջանն արդեն ավարտված է» և որ միջուկային ծրագիրն ակտիվ զարգացնող Հս. Կորեայի դեմ, հնարավոր է, ռազմական ուժ կիրառվի: Մինչդեռ պաշտոնական Փհենյանը սպառնում է ջախջախիչ հարված հասցնել ԱՄՆ-ին:
