Թուրքական բանտերում խիստ գերբեռնվածություն է առաջացել

Թուրքական բանտերում 2016-ի ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձին հաջորդած զանգվածային ձերբակալությունների հետևանքով խիստ գերբեռնվածություն է առաջացել:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Ջումհուրիեթ» պարբերականը:
Հեղաշրջման փորձին հաջորդած արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի շրջանակում տեղի ունեցող ձերբակալությունները շարունակվում են:
Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները նոր կալանավորներին տեղավորելու համար ստիպված են ինչպես օրենսդրական տարբեր փոփոխություններով և մանևրումներով ազատ արձակել նախկին կալանավորներին, այնպես էլ կառուցել նոր բանտեր:
Թուրքիայում ներկայումս գործում են 381 բանտ, որոնցից 139-ը կառուցվել են Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի և՛ վարչապետության, և՛ նախագահության շրջանում:
2016-ի ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո միայն զանգվածային ձերբակալությունների հետևանքով բանտերում առաջացած գերբեռնվածությունը փոքր-ինչ մեղմելու նպատակով կառուցվել է 38 բանտ:
2017-ի հունիս-հուլիսի ընթացքում բանտերի թիվը համալրվել է ևս 11-ով:
Հեղաշրջման փորձին հաջորդած ձերբակալությունները հիմնականում կատարվում են գյուլենականների շրջանում, և ամեն ամիս թուրքական բանտերը համալրվում են հարյուրավոր գյուլենականներով:
Գյուլենականներն ու նրանց առաջնորդ չափավոր իսլամի քարոզիչ Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենը մեղադրվում են Թուրքիայում 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ին տեղի ունեցած ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձն իրականացնելու մեջ:
Շուրջ 20 տարի է, ինչ Գյուլենը բնակվում է ԱՄՆ-ում, սակայն որոշակի ազդեցություն է պահպանում Թուրքիայում:
74-ամյա գործիչը նախկինում Էրդողանին օգնել էր գալ իշխանության, բայց ժամանակի ընթացքում երկրի ղեկավարման հարցում նրանց մոտեցումները փոխվել են:
Պետական հեղաշրջման փորձի կազմակերպումից բացի՝ Էրդողանը Գյուլենին մեղադրում է բարձրաստիճան պետծառայողների հեռախոսային խոսակցությունները զանգվածաբար լսելու գործը կազմակերպելու մեջ, որոնց մի մասի վերծանումն օգտագործվել է 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 17-25-ին Թուրքիայում Էրդողանի որդու, դստեր, փեսայի և կառավարության 4 անդամների մասնակցությամբ մեծածավալ կոռուպցիոն գործողությունների բացահայտման համար:
