Արագածոտնի մարզում մանկահասակ երեխայի մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ կատարվում է քննություն

 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության Թալինի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Արագածոտնի մարզում մանկահասակ երեխայի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 2017թ. հուլիսի 8-ին Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակչուհին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել առ այն, որ 2017թ. հունիս ամսից իր՝ 11.04.2017թ. ծնված նորածին երեխայի հետ գտնվել է Զովասար գյուղի արոտավայրերում՝ անասունները պահելու նպատակով: 2017թ. հուլիսի 7-ի վաղ առավոտյան՝ ժամը 05-ի սահմաններում, երեխային կերակրել է, իսկ ժամը 07-ի սահմաններում նկատել, որ երեխան օրորոցում մահացել է:

Հաղորդման հիման վրա նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում երեխայի մայրը հայտնել է, որ դեպքի օրը՝ լուսադեմին, մոտենալով օրորոցում գտնվող երեխային, նկատել է, որ  նրա գլխի բրդյա գլխարկը շրջվել և ծածկել է երեխայի դեմքը, ինչից էլ եզրակացրել է, որ փոքրիկը խեղդվել է օդի պակասից։

Մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու, երեխայի մահվան պատճառը պարզելու համար նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Ստացված թիվ 069 եզրակացության համաձայն՝ մանկահասակ երեխայի մահը վրա է հասել մեխանիկական շնչահեղձությունից: Ըստ Արագածոտնի մարզի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունների բաժնի փորձագետի բացատրության՝ շնչահեղձությունը կարող էր հետևանք լինել նաև երեխայի պարանոցին առկա շորի կտորի օղի սեղմմամբ:

Դեպքի առթիվ Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության Թալինի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 109-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (անզգուշությամբ մահ պատճառելը): Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ մանկահասակ երեխայի մահվան հանգամանքների  օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
