Թուրքիայի նախկին նախագահ Գյուլը չի մասնակցել իշխող կուսակցության 16-ամյակի միջոցառմանը

Թուրքիայի նախկին նախագահ Աբդուլլահ Գյուլը չի մասնակցել Թուրքիայում իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» (ԱԶԿ) կուսակցության 16-ամյակի միջոցառմանը:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հայտնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հաղորդում է թուրքական demokrathaber.org-ը:

Թուրքական մամուլում շրջանառվող տեսակետների համաձայն՝ միջոցառմանը Աբդուլլահ Գյուլի չմասնակցելու պատճառը ներկայիս նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ էրդողանի հետ ունեցած խոր հակասություններն են:

Աբդուլլահ Գյուլը նախապես իրազեկել էր, որ միջոցառմանը չի մասնակցելու:

Մայիսի 21-ին կուսակցության արտահերթ համագումարի ժամանակ Էրդողանը կրկին զբաղեցրել է կուսակցության ղեկավարի պաշտոնը:

Էրդողանը 2014 թվականի օգոստոսի 10-ին նախագահ ընտրվելուց հետո օգոստոսի 27-ին «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության կազմակերպած արտահերթ համագումարի ժամանակ կուսակցության նախագահությունը հանձնել էր Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուին` հեռանալով կուսակցությունից:

Թուրքիայի նախկին սահմանադրությամբ երկրի նախագահի կուսակցական պատկանելիությունն արգելվում էր: Սակայն ապրիլի 16-ի սահմանադրական հանրաքվեով ամրագրված փոփոխությունները թույլ են տալիս նախագահին լինել կուսակցական:

Սահմանադրական փոփոխություններն ուժի մեջ են մտնելու 2019 թվականից, սակայն երեք հոդված, որոնց շարքում է նաև նախագահի կուսակցական  պատկանելության թույլատրումը, ուժի մեջ կմտնի նախքան 2019 թվականը:
