Հուլիս ամսին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարություն քաղաքացիներից ստացվել է 784 դիմում

2017թ. հուլիս ամսին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարություն քաղաքացիներից և իրավաբանական անձանցից ստացվել է 784 դիմում, որից 691-ը գրավոր, 93-ը բանավոր

Նշված դիմումներից 183-ը ստացվել է նախարարություն այցելած քաղաքացիներից, իսկ 243 քաղաքացի դիմել է տեղեկատվական կենտրոն-ընդունարան: Ընդհանուր առմամբ հուլիս ամսվա ընթացքում նախարարություն է այցելել 426քաղաքացի:

 Գրավոր  դիմումներում գերակշիռ մաս են կազմել հաշմանդամության խմբի նշանակման և վերանայման 63 (9%), պետականնպաստների 58 (8%), կենսաթոշակի նշանակման և վերանայման 40 (6%), պրոթեզավորման 35 (5%),  ավանդի փոխհատուցման 31(4%), աշխատանք տրամադրելու  19 (3%), բնակարան հատկացնելու 19 (3%) և տուն-ինտերնատ տեղավորելու 18 (3%) վերաբերյալդիմումները:

 Ներկայացված բանավոր դիմումներում գերակշիռ մաս են կազմել դիմումի ընթացքի ճշգրտման 31 (33%), ավանդիփոխհատուցման 25 (27%), պետական նպաստների 12 (13%) և կենսաթոշակի նշանակման ու վերանայման 12 (13%)  վերաբերյալդիմումները:

Պատասխանվել է քաղաքացիներից և իրավաբանական անձանցից ստացված 306 դիմումի:

Պատասխաններն ըստ բնույթի ունեն հետևյալ պատկերը. 232-ը (76%) պարզաբանվել է, 37 (12%) քաղաքացու խնդրանքբավարարվել է, 24-ը (8%) վերահասցեագրվել  է  պետական   այլ  մարմիններ,    իսկ   13-ին (4%) տրվել է մերժողական պատասխան:

Հուլիս ամսվա ընթացքում նախարարի մոտ կայացել է մեկ ընդունելություն, որին մասնակցել է  մեկ քաղաքացի:

Փոխնախարարի մոտ կայացել է մեկ ընդունելություն մեկ քաղաքացու մասնակցությամբ:

 Ընդունելության ընթացքում տրված հանձնարարականների հիման վրա կազմվել է արձանագրություն, որը գրանցվել ևընթացք է ստացել սահմանված կարգով:
