Երևանում տարածքներ կառանձնացվեն շների զբոսանքի կազմակերպման համար

Աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն անդրադարձել է համաքաղաքացիների դժգոհությանը՝ մարդաշատ այգիներում և պուրակներում շներին զբոսանքի դուրս բերելու երևույթի առնչությամբ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է աշխատակազմի բնապահպանության, առևտրի և սպասարկումների վարչությանը, ինչպես նաև վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին կարճ ժամանակում առաջարկներ ներկայացնել շների համար զբոսանքի վայրեր առանձնացնելու վերաբերյալ:
«Մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչները երեխաների հետ իրենց երեկոյան հանգիստը հիմնականում անց են կացնում այգիներում և պուրակներում: Վերջերսբազմաթիվ դժգոհություններ ենք ստացել ինչպես մերհամաքաղաքացիներից, այնպես էլ քաղաքի հյուրերից հանգստիմարդաշատ գոտիներում շներին զբոսանքի դուրս բերելու, ինչպես նաևջրային ավազաններում կենդանիներին լողացնելու երևույթների հետկապված:
Հաշվի առնելով հարցի երկկողմանի լինելը, որ պետք է հաշվի առնել նաևընտանի կենդանի պահող մեր համաքաղաքացիների իրավունքները, հարկավոր է նախատեսել առանձին տարածքներ, որտեղ ևկկազմակերպվեն շների զբոսանքները: Հետևաբար, ըստ վարչականշրջանների ներկայացրեք առաջարկներ», - ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Քաղաքապետն անդրադարձել է նաև մարդաշատ վայրերում հեծանիվ վարողների խնդրին և համապատասխան հանձնարարական է տվել համապատասխան ծառայություններին:
«Քաղաքային ծառայությունների ուշադրությունն եմ հրավիրում այգիներում ու ընդհանուր օգտագործման մարդաշատ վայրերումհեծանվորդների անկանոն երթևեկության վրա: Նախորդ տարիներին Երևանի որոշ փողոցներում մենք առանձնացրել ենք հատուկ հեծանվուղիներ, բայց այն վայրերում, որտեղ դրա հնարավորությունը չկա, պետք է խստորեն հետևել, որ հեծանվորդները ձեռնպահ մնան արագ վարելուց և մյուսհամաքաղաքացիների հանգիստը խանգարելուց: Առաջնահերթը զբոսնող մարդկանց անվտանգությունն է, ինչը պարտավոր ենք ապահովել: Ուսումնասիրեք և համապատասխան առաջարկություններ ներկայացրեք որոշակի հատվածներում հեծանվորդների համար նոր հեծանվուղիներկամ հարթակներ ձևավորելու համար», - նշել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
