Արմավիրի բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցներ ձեռք բերելու, պահելու և իրացնելու համար

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթին է հանձնվել բազմադրվագ հանցագործությունների` 2017 թվականի հունիս-հուլիս ամիսներին Արմավիրի մարզում տեղի ունեցած բնակարանային գողությունների, զենքի գործադրմամբ ավազակային հարձակման, ինչպես նաև ապօրինի հրազեն կրելու դեպքերի փաստերով հարուցված քրեական գործը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից, հիշյալ քրեական գործի հետագա նախաքննության արդյունքում Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը բացահայտել է ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ն. Հ.-ի կողմից իրացնելու նպատակով ապօրինի կերպով խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցներ ձեռք բերելու և պահելու հետ կապված հանցագործության նոր դեպք: Ծառայության քննիչի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել հիշյալ հանցավոր արարքի կատարման համար Ն. Հ.-ին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին:

Այսպես, քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում տեղեկություններ են ձեռք բերվել՝ Արմավիր քաղաքի բնակիչ Ն. Հ.-ի կողմից ապօրինի կերպով թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու և պահելու վերաբերյալ: Ստացված տեղեկություններն ստուգելու նպատակով 09.08.2017թ.-ին վերջինիս բնակարանում և աշխատավայրում կատարված խուզարկություններով հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է խոշոր չափերի` ընդհանուր առմամբ 469.5 գրամ դեղնականաչավուն զանգված, որի մի մասը լցված է եղել 18 նույնատիպ թղթե փաթեթների մեջ: Փորձագիտական եզրակացության համաձայն` առգրավվածի մի մասը  «հաշիշ» և «մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ են:

Այսպիսով, նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Ն. Հ.-ն իրացնելու նպատակով ձեռք է բերել և պահել խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցներ, որոնց մի մասն ապօրինի իրացրել է: Նշված հանցավոր արարքի կատարման համար նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 266-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
