Հայաստանի տարածքում վերջին տարիներին նման հրդեհ չի արձանագրվել. Դավիթ Տոնոյանը՝ տեխնիկայի և հրդեհաշիջման մասին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում վերջին 14 տարվա ընթացքում նման ծավալի հրդեհ չի արձանագրվել: Փրկարարական տեխնիկական միջոցները՝ Հայաստանի ունեցած և այլ երկրների կողմից տրամադրված, բերված են բարձր պատրաստականության աստիճանի: Անհրաժեշտ քանակով տեխնիկան և անձնակազմն արդեն ներգրավված են հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը:

«Վերջին տարիներին փոքրածավալ հրդեհներ եղել են, օգնության են եկել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության, ոստիկանության զորքերը՝ տրամադրելով և՛ տեխնիկա, և՛ անձնակազմ, սակայն ուղղաթիռ առաջին անգամ է կիրառվում հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներում»,-նկատեց նախարարը:

Հայաստանի անտառային տարածքներում՝ Վայոց ձորի մարզում և «Խոսրովի անտառ» արգելոցում հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներում առաջացած դժվարությունները պայմանավորված էին աշխարհագրական դիրքով՝ խիստ կտրատված տեղանք և հրդեհի օջախներին մոտենալու ճանապարհների բացակայություն: Առանձին դեպքերում հրշեջ տեխնիկան և անձնակազմը հրդեհի վայր են տեղափոխվել օդուժի օգնությամբ: Խիստ բացասական ազդեցություն էր ունենում նաև քամու առկայությունը, որը նպաստում էր կրակի արագ տարածմանը և արդեն մարված օջախներում հրդեհի կրկնակի բռնկմանը: Տոնոյանը խոսել է ՌԴ ԱԻ նախարարի հետ և շուտով օգնության կգա ՌԴ ԱԻՆ օդուժի ինքնաթիռը՝ երկնքից հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին աջակցելու համար:

Նախարարի դիտարկմամբ՝ այս տարվա ամառն աչքի ընկավ ոչ միայն բարձր ջերմաստիճանով, այլև՝ տեղումների տևական բացակայությամբ: Հանրապետության տարածքում և տարածաշրջանում շուրջ մեկ ամիս է՝ ջերմաստիճանն առավոտյան ժամերին անցնում է 30 աստիճանը, իսկ առանձին շրջաններում գերազանցում 40-ը: Սա նպաստավոր գործոն է հրդեհային իրավիճակի կտրուկ վատացման համար: Մարդկային գործոնը նույնպես չպետք է բացառել: Պատճառները կպարզեն իրավապահ մարմինները:
