-Լողանալիս օգտագործիր այդ լվացող միջոցներից որեւէ մեկը, որը սրտովդ է: Եթե ուզում ես արեւայրուքդ պահպանել, մարմնիդ վրա վերքեր կամ կտրվածքներ կան, պիլինգը հակացուցված է քեզ:

- Սկրաբը կարելի է ճիլոպի միջոցով կիրառել՝ ազդեցության ուժեղացման համար: Սկսիր ոտնաթաթից եւ վերեւ բարձրացիր՝ ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես չոր թեփոտման դեպքում: Զգույշ եղիր կրծքի եւ ցայլքի հատվածում:

- Թիկունքը մաքրելու համար խոզանակ կամ բռնիչով ճիլոպ օգտագործիր:

- Լոգանքից հետո խոնավեցնող քսուք օգտագործիր: Նորոգված մաշկը ինտենսիվ խնամքի կարիք ունի:
