Բասկետբոլի Հայաստանի եւ Սլովակիայի հավաքականների միջեւ աշխարհի առաջնության ընտրական մրցաշարի չորրորդ տուրի խաղից հետո 2 թիմերի գլխավոր մարզիչները պատմել են տպավորությունների մասին: Սլովակիայի մայրաքաղաք Բրատիսլավայում կայացած խաղում հայ բասկետբոլիստներն առավելության էին հասել 92:78 հաշվով եւ 7 միավորով դարձել A խմբի առաջատար:

Նիկշա Բավցեւիչ (Հայաստան). «Մենք շատ լավ խաղացինք պաշտպանությունում, տղաներին շատ լավ տրամադրել էինք խաղին եւ նշել, որ եթե ցանկանում ենք հաղթել, պետք է լավ գործել պաշտպանությունում: Եվ այսօր տղաները անձնուրաց խաղացին:

Պետք է նաեւ շնորհակալություն հայտնենք Անդրանիկ Չրաբաշին, որը վնասվածք ուներ, նա չէր մարզվել հանդիպումից առաջ, բայց շատ լավ հանդիպում անցկացրեց եւ արեց ամեն ինչ, որ իր թիմը հաղթի այս խաղում:

Կարծում եմ, որ մեր ենթախմբում շատ խճճված վիջակ է, քանի որ այսօր Շվեդիան հյուրընկալվելիս հաղթել է Բոսնիա եւ Հերցեգովինայի հավաքականին: Շարունակում եմ պնդել, որ Սլովակիան լավ թիմ է, այս ենթախմբում ընդհանրապես շատ ուժեղ թիմեր են հավաքավել: Մենք արդեն 3 հաղթանակ ունենք, բայց դեռ պետք է մյուս հանդիպումներում էլ հաղթենք, որպեսզի կարողանանք խմբից դուրս գալու խնդիրը լուծել:

Պետք է նշեմ նաեւ վիճակագրությունից մեկ կարեւոր փաստ: Մրցակիցը հանդիպման ընթացքում 19 անգամ է կորցրել գնդակը, իսկ մենք՝ 9: Դա ցույց է տալիս, որ մենք շատ ուշադիր ենք խաղացել եւ ստիպել ենք մրցակցին հանդիպման ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ սխալվել»:

Իվան Ռուդեշ (Սլովակիա). «Շնորհավորում եմ Հայաստանի հավաքականին հաղթանակի կապակցությամբ: Այսօր Հայաստանի մի քանի խաղացողներ շատ մեծ դեր խաղացին իրենց թիմի հաղթանակի համար: Ռայան Բոաթրայթին ընդհանրապես հնարավոր չէ պահել, իսկ Արկադի Մկրտիչյանն այսօր, ուղղակի, սպանեց Սլովակիային իր էներգիայով եւ լավ խաղով: Շատ լավ խաղաց նաեւ Կրիս Յանկուն, որը մեծ խնդիրներ ստեղծեց մեզ համար: Վտանգավոր էր նաեւ Ալան Հեսը, որը շատ լավ դիպուկություն ունի եւ ամեն պահի կարող է փոխել խաղի ընթացքը»,- փոխանցում է ՀԲՖ մամուլի ծառայությունը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ չորրորդ տուրից հետո Հայաստանի թիմը 7 միավորով A խմբի առաջատարն է: Շվեդիան ու Բոսնիա-Հերցեգովինան ունեն 6-ական միավոր, իսկ Սլովակիան՝ 5:

Հայաստանի հավաքականը հաջորդ ընտրական խաղը կանցկացնի օգոստոսի 19-ին՝ Երեւանում մրցելով Բոսնիա-Հերցեգովինայի թիմի հետ: ԱԱ-2019-ի նախորդ 3 տուրերում Հայաստանի թիմը տնային հաղթանակներ էր տարել Սլովակիայի (75:61) եւ Շվեդիայի (82:69) նկատմամբ եւ Սարաեւոյում պարտվել Բոսնիա-Հերցեգովինային (85:98):
