Երևանի ավագանու «Ելք» խմբակցության առաջարկով օրերս կայացվեց որոշում, որ այսուհետ Վերնիսաժում մուղամներ չեն հնչելու։
Այս առնչությամբ Tert.am-ը Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանից հետաքրքրվեց` արդյոք նման սահմանափակումը չի՞ ոտնահարում այն մարդկանց իրավունքները, ովքեր ուզում են լսել այդ երաժշտությունը։
«Դեռ նախորդ տարի մենք կանոնակարգ հաստատեցինք, թե Վերնիսաժում օրինակ՝ ինչ պետք է վաճառվի, և այլն։ Վերնիսաժում վարձակալը պետք է պահպանի այս կանոնակարգի բոլոր կետերը»,– ասաց Երևանի քաղաքապետը։
«Կարծում եմ՝ տեսել եք, թե վերջերս Վերնիսաժն ինչպես է գեղեցկացել և հիմա ավելի հանգիստ ենք կարողանում մեր հյուրերին տանել Վերնիսաժ։ Վերնիսաժի կառավարիչը, վարձակալը, պիտի կարողանա նորմալ կառավարել, մենք վերահսկելու ենք վարձակալի կառավարումը»,- ավելացրեց Տարոն Մարգարյանը։
Իսկ հարցին, թե համաձա՞յն եք, որ երբեմն հնչող մուղամները, որոնք, ինչպես ասել էր Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, նվազեցնում են Վերնիսաժի գրավչությունը, Տարոն Մարգարյանը պատասխանեց. «Խոսքն, ամեն դեպքում, երաժշտական ճաշակների մասին է, մենք պետք է ոսկե միջինը ներկայացնենք, մեր ազգայինը ներկայացնենք, որպեսզի զբոսաշրջիկը ծանոթանա մեր ազգային մշակույթին»։
