Համակարգչային կախվածությունը կանխարգելելու համար պետք է երեխայի կյանքում հետաքրքրություններ մտցնել. հոգեբան

Համակարգչային կախվածությունը կանխարգելելու համար անհրաժեշտ է վաղ տարիքից երեխայի կյանքում  հետաքրքրություններ մտցնել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ օգոստոսի 12-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց հոգեբան Քրիստինա Հարությունյանը: Հոգեբանի խոսքով՝ համակարգչային կախվածությունը պայմանավորված է հոգեբանական և ֆիզիոլոգիական ախտանիշներով:

«Եթե անձը անցկացնում է համակարգչի դիմաց 5-7 ժամ՝ դա արդեն ինչ-որ չափով խոսում է կախվածության մասին: Այդ կախվածության կանխարգելման համար նախ պետք է իմանալ  պատճառը: Պատճառները կարող են լինել բազմաթիվ՝ սկսած մանկական տարիքում հոգեբանական տրավմայից, վերջացրած ընտանեկան կոնֆլիկտներից: Եթե արդեն պատճառը հասկանալի է, թե որտեղից է երեխայի մոտ առաջացել համակարգչային կախվածությունը, հնարավոր կլինի այն կանխել»,- ասաց հոգեբանը:
Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ հիմնականում համակարգչային կախվածության մեջ են ընկնում  թերարժեքության բարդույթներ ունեցողները կամ մանկական տարիքում տրավմաներ ստացածները:  

«Երեխաները կախվածության մեջ են ընկնում հիմնականում դեռահասության շրջանում՝ համակարգչային խաղերից, որոնք երեխայի մոտ առաջացնում են ագրեսիա»,- նշեց հոգեբանը:

Նա խորհուրդ է տալիս ծնողներին վաղ տարիքից ավելի շատ ժամանակ անցկացնել երեխայի հետ, իսկ եթե զբաղված են լինում՝ երեխաներին ուղարկեն տարբեր խմբակներ: «Համակարգչային կախվածությունը կանխարգելելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ ծնողը երեխային զբաղեցնի այլ բաներով՝ հեքիաթներ ընթերցի, զբոսնի նրա հետ և այլ»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը:

Հոգեբանի խոսով՝ Հայաստանում, համեմատած եվրոպական երկրների հետ, համակարգչային կախվածության խնդիրը այդքան էլ լուրջ չէ, սակայն այն զարգանալու միտում ունի:
