Ընկերներիցս մեկը, ով ապրում է մզկիթի հետևի բակում, որին Մեջիթի թաղ են ասում, երեկ մի հատ այնպիսի բացահայտում արեց, որ մազերս հերթական անգամ բիզ-բիզ կանգնեցին Զառա Արամյանին բնակարան հատկացնելու քաղաքապետարանի դարակազմիկ որոշումից։ Պարզվում է, որ սույն տիկինը վաղուց արդեն բնակարան ունի Զաքյան փողոցի վրա (Մաշտոցին զուգահեռ փողոցը, որը հատում է Խորենացին)։ Լավ էլ տուն ա՝ մանսարդայով, բանով։ Ու արդեն քանի տարի ա՝ էդ բնակարանը Զառան վարձով ա տալիս։ Սա ոչ թե վարկած ա կամ էլ ենթադրություն, այդ հաստատ բան ա, ժողվուրդ, էդ բնակարանը Զառայինն ա։ Գուցե իր անունով չի փաստաթղթերով, բայց իրենն է հաստատ, ու հաստատ վարձով է տալիս։
