Շիրակի հիվանդանոցները գոհ են սոցիալական փաթեթի բժշկական սպասարկման ոլորտում սպասվող փոփոխություններից

Առողջապահական համակարգի բարելավման ուղղությամբ նախարարության կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերի քննարկման ժամանակ Շիրակի մարզի հիվանդանոցների տնօրենները կարևորել են սոցիալական փաթեթի շահառուների բժշկական սպասարկման հոկտեմբերից մեկնարկող փոփոխությունները։ Նրանց խոսքով` անհրաժեշտ բժշկական ծառայությունները սոցիալական փաթեթի շահառուների կողմից ընտրված հիվանդանոցում ստանալու նոր կարգը նպաստավոր պայմաններ կստեղծի նաև բուժհաստատությունների համար։ Այս համակարգով պետական բյուջեից տրամադրվող գումարները ոչ թե նախապես կբաշխվեն հիվանդանոցներին, այլ այն կփոխանցվի իրականացված ծառայության ետևից։ Պետությունը, փաստորեն, ապահովագրել է սոցիալական փաթեթի շահառուներին։

«Մենք զուգահեռաբար աշխատում ենք սոցիալապես անապահով ավելի քան 600 հազար բնակչության բժշկական սպասարկումը ևս նույն մեխանիզմով կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշել է Լևոն Ալթունյանը` ընդգծելով ծրագրի սոցիալական ուղղվածությունը։

Քննարկելով թերապևտիկ ծառայության և շտապբուժօգնության գերծանրաբեռնվածության խնդիրը` որպես դրա լուծման ուղի նշվել է առողջության առաջնային պահպանման օղակի աշխատանքի  արդյունավետության բարձրացումը։ Տարբեր առաջարկներ են հնչել 0-7 տարեկանների բուժումը գործող նորմատիվներից դուրս հիվանդանոցում կազմակերպելու խնդրի լուծման ուղղությամբ։ Ամրագրվել է, որ  ՀՀ ԱՆ պետական առողջապահական գործակալությունը կֆինանսավորի միայն նորմատիվով սահմանված հոսպիտալացումները։

Մարզային հիվանդանոցների ղեկավարների հետ քննարկվել են նաև պետական բյուջեի միջոցներն առավել արդյունավետ ծախսելու նպատակով գնումների միասնական հարթակի գործարկմանն առնչվող հարցեր։

Բժշկական կենտրոնների ղեկավարներին միաժամանակ տեղեկացվել է, որ ՀՀ առողջապահության օրակարգում է ծննդօգնության ծառայություններ մատուցող ստացիոնար բուժհաստատությունների բուժանձնակազմի և մահճակալների զբաղվածության չափորոշիչների մշակումը։

«Մարզում իրականացվող օպտիմալացման ծրագրերի արդյունքում տնտեսված բոլոր միջոցները ծառայեցվելու են այդ տարածաշրջանի բնակչության բժշկական ծառայությունների որակի բարելավմանը»,-նշել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը։ 

Մարզերի առողջապահական հիմնարկների ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպումներին մասնակցում է նաև ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը։
