Հայ սոցիոլոգը նշել է, թե օրական քանի ծխախոտն է անվտանգ

Հայաստանի բնակիչներն օրական ավելի պակաս ծխախոտ են սկսել օգտագործել, հինգշաբթի լրագրողներին ասաց «Սոցիոմետր» սոցիոլոգիական հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանը։
«Հայաստանում առաջին հարցումը մենք անցկացրինք 1987 թվականին, որի արդյունքներով, հասուն տարիքի տղամարդկանց 75 տոկոսը ծխողներ են։ Պարզվել է նաև, որ նրանք օրական 15 ծխախոտ են ծխում։ 2007 թվականին հասուն տարիքի տղամարդկանց թիվը կազմել է 50 տոկոսից մի փոքր ավելի, իսկ ծխախոտի թիվն օրական իջել է մինչև 12։ 2017 թվականի հարցման համաձայն, ծխողների թիվը մնացել է նույնը, իսկ օրական ծխախոտի թիվը նվազել է 30 տոկոսով և կազմել 8»,– ասաց Ադիբեկյանը։
Նա նաև ավելացրեց, որ, բժիշկների կարծիքով, անվտանգ է համարվում օրական հինգ ծխախոտը։
Սոցիոլոգի կարծիքով, օգտագործվող ծխախոտի թվի կրճատման վրա, նախևառաջ, ազդել է գների աճը, սակայն, միևնույն է, այսօր եվրոպական երկրներում ծխախոտն ավելի թանկ է, քան Հայաստանում։
«Շատերի համար ծխելը սթրեսից ազատվելու ձև է, և ծխելը թողնելու համար մարդը, նախևառաջ, պետք է ազատվի սթրեսից։ Գոյություն ունեն այդ կախվածուըթյունից ազատվելու տարբեր ձևեր, ինչպես դեղորայքային, այնպես էլ անդեղորայքային, բայց ամեն դեպքում չի կարելի կտրուկ թողնել ծխելը, քանի որ առողջական այլ խնդիրներ են առաջանում, օրինակ, ճարպակալում»,– ավելացրեց նա։
