ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացուն Վրաստանի ադրբեջանաբնակՍողանլուղ գյուղում աշխատանքային շահագործման ենթարկելու դեպքի առթիվ։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի 
տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում իրականացված մամուլի մշտադիտարկման շրջանակներում մի քանի ինտերնետային տեղեկատվական հարթակներում արձանագրվել են հրապարակումներ՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացուն Վրաստանի ադրբեջանական գյուղում շահագործման ենթարկելուվերաբերյալ։

Ըստ հրապարակումների՝ 2017թ. հուլիսի 28-ին կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը հայտարարելէ, որ հայ տղամարդը Վրաստանի ադրբեջանական գյուղում տարիներ շարունակ պահվել է ստրկության նմանվող վիճակի մեջ և ենթարկվելաշխատանքային շահագործման, ում հաջողվել է վերադարձնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն: Մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու համար ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ, ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությանպետ Վահագն Հարությունյանի հանձնարարությամբ ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում նախապատրաստվել են նյութեր: Արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացին աշխատանք գտնելու ակնկալիքով 2003թ. մեկնել է Վրաստանի Հանրապետություն, որտեղպատահական ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի խնդրել է աջակցել՝ աշխատանք գտնելու հարցում: Հիշյալ անձը նրան տեղափոխել է ՎրաստանիՀանրապետության ադրբեջանաբնակ Սողանլուղ գյուղ, որտեղ բնակվող ազգությամբ ադրբեջանցի ընտանիքի անդամները, ՀՀ քաղաքացունշահագործելու նպատակով, օգտագործելով վերջինիս կողմից տեղանքին անծանոթ լինելու հանգամանքով պայմանավորված նրա վիճակիխոցելիությունը, մինչև 2017թ. մայիսի 7-ը նրան պահել են ստրկությանը նմանվող վիճակում, այն է՝ առանց վարձատրության աշխատեցրելեն ինչպես իրենց, այնպես էլ՝ հարևան բնակիչների հողատարածքներում, իսկ բնակության համար հատկացրել տան տանիքը, որտեղշահագործման զոհը գիշերել է ստվարաթղթե արկղերի վրա:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում օգոստոսի 10-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեականօրենսգրքի 132-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
