Երևանում անհայտ անձը գողացել է պայուսակ և այլ անձի բանկային քարտով կանխիկացման փորձ կատարել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու պայուսակ հափշտակելու և քաղաքացու բանկային քարտով կանխիկացման փորձ կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. հունիսի 20-ին ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, կոտրելով Երևան քաղաքի Կողբացի փողոցում կայանված ավտոմեքենայի ապակին, սրահից գաղտնի հափշտակել է ձեռքի պայուսակ, որում եղել են բանկային քարտեր, անձնագրեր և այլ փաստաթղթեր: Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 16:19-ին, գողացված բանկային քարտով Երևանի բանկոմատներից մեկից կատարվել է գումարի կանխիկացման փորձ:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով և 324-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել են բանկոմատի անվտանգության տեսախցիկների՝ տվյալ գործարքի տեսագրությունները, ենթարկվել զննության: Տեսանյութում երևում է, թե ինչպես է մի երիտասարդ այլ քաղաքացուն պատկանող քարտով բանկոմատից գործարք կատարում:
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսանյութում պատկերված անձին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Խնդրում ենք նշված անձին ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին կամ ովքեր ճանաչում են նրան, որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, հայտնեն ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
