Հայաստանի ԱԺ Ելք խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանն առաջարկել է ԵՏՄ-ից դուրս գալ, քանի որ ԵՏՄ-ից Հայաստանին օգուտ չկա, իսկ հայ վարորդներին էլ չեն թողնում Ռուսաստանում մեքենա վարել հայկական վարորդական իրավունքով:

Մարուքյանին անմիջապես պատասխանել է ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Շարմազանովը՝ թե Հայաստանը ոչ մի տեղ էլ չի գնա ԵՏՄ-ից ու ՀԱՊԿ-ից, դրանց այլընտրանք չկա: Ավելի վաղ Շարմազանովի շեֆն էր ասել՝ մեզ ոչ մի տեղ չեն սպասում: 

Հիմա փորձ է արվում ինչ որ բանավեճ հրահրել, որը չի ստացվում՝ տեղական գործիչները գլամուրային լեզվակռիվ են մղում, Սասնա ծռերը դրա փոխարեն առաջարկում է ապագաղութացում՝ ճանապարհային քարտեզով, մի երկու վերլուծաբան փորձում են լրջացնել թեման, իսկ ռուսահայ մի երկու քաղաքագետ էլ խրատում են՝ ղզիկություն մի արեք, խելքներդ գլուխներդ հավաքեք՝ նախ պետք է ինչ որ բան ներկայացնեք ձեզնից, որ հետներդ հաշվի նստեն:

Ահա եւ ամբողջը: Հայաստանում վաղուց որեւէ հարցով բանավեճ ոչ միայն չի լինում, այլեւ մի համառ ավանդույթով «բանավեճի» դրված թեմաներն արժեզրկվում ու վարկաբեկվում են, ավելի շատ հակառակ էֆեկտ տալով՝ միտինգը, հացադուլը, զինված ապստամբությունը, հիմա էլ ԵՏՄ-ն: Որեւէ լրջություն, պատասխանատվություն չկա ու չի սպասվում, ավելին, դա կարծես թե ոչ մեկին չի էլ հետաքրքրում: 

Դա նշանակո՞ւմ է, որ այդ թեմաներն ակտուալ չեն:

Հայաստանն ինչ պատճառով մտել է ԵՏՄ, նույն պատճառով էլ կմնա այնտեղ, ասում է քաղաքագետ Միքայել Զոլյանը: Դժվար է չհամաձայնվել, նկատի ունենալով այն հանգամանքը, որ հայկական գլամուրն ու քաղաքական դասը որեւէ տեղ մտնելուց բացի ոչ մի կերպ չի պատկերացնում երկրի ու իր ճակատագիրը:  

Երբ պետության ղեկավարն ասում է, թե մեզ ոչ մի տեղ չեն սպասում, կամ ասվում է, թե ՀԱՊԿ-ին ու ԵՏՄ-ին այլընտրանք չկա, դա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանում չկա իշխանություն ու քաղաքական դաս, այլ մի համակարգ, որին հակացուցված են այն բոլոր հատկանիշները, որոնք առնչվում են անկախ պետականության շինարարության խնդիրներին եւ ռազմավարությանը:

Սակայն սա հարցի մի կողմն է: Հայաստանը դուրս չի գալու ԵՏՄ-ից ու ՀԱՊԿ-ից, քիչ ինչ վերաձեւակերպելով Միքայել Զոլյանի խոսքը՝ որքան որ անիմաստ է եղել մտնելը, նույնքան անիմաստ է դուրս գալը: Ցավոք, դժվար է արդեն չհամաձայնվել նաեւ ռուսահայ քաղաքագետների հետ, հաշվի առնելով հիմնախնդիրների հանդեպ մոտեցման բնույթն ու մոտիվները Հայաստանում:

Սակայն Հայաստանը դուրս է գալու ԵՏՄ-ից, ու ոչ այն պատճառով, որ հայ վարորդներին Ռուսաստանում նեղում են: Դա տեղի է ունենալու այն ժամանակ, երբ ԵՏՄ-ն դադարեցնի իր գոյությունը:

Հիշվում է՝ ԽՍՀՄ-ի լուծարման ակտից հետո Թուրքմենստանը մինչ օրս անկախության որեւէ ակտ չի ընդունել: Ժամանակին նախկին հանրապետությունների ղեկավարները նույնիսկ բարկանում էին թուրքմենների վրա, համոզում հռչակագիր ընդունել, սակայն թուրքմեններն անդրդվելի էին: 

Հայաստանը ոչ թե դուրս է գալու ԵՏՄ-ից, այլ պարզապես մնալու է դրսում, ավելի ճիշտ՝ մնալու է օդում կախված, իսկ քաղաքական դասն էլ շվարած դեսուդեն է ընկնելու՝ հիմա ուր մտնենք: Քանի որ այլ բանի այդ դասն ընդունակ չէ:
