Չինաստանը բոլոր անհրաժեշտ լծակներն ունի իրադրության նկատմամբ վերահսկողության ապահովման համար նույնիսկ ԱՄՆ-ի եւ ԿԺԴՀ-ի միջեւ պատերազմ սկսվելու դեպքում: Օգոստոսի 11-ին այս մասին հայտնել Է Global Times հրատարակությունը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը: «Եկել Է ժամանակը հիշեցնելու, որ ո՛չ Փենյանը, ո՛չ Էլ Պեկինը շահագրգռված չեն Կորեական թերակղզում ռազմական գործողությունների հարցում: Միեւնույն ժամանակ չինական կողմը երկյուղ չի կրում, եթե հանկարծ նման հակամարտություն ծագի. մենք ունակ ենք վերահսկելու իրադրությունը,- մեջբերում Է թերթը Ֆուդանի համալսարանի (Շանհայ) Կորեագիտության կենտրոնի տնօրեն Չժեն Ցզիյունի խոսքը:- Դրա հետ մեկտեղ, կարծում եմ, որ ԿԺԴՀ-ն կենթարկվի լուրջ ամայացման»:
Նրա խոսքով՝ տարածաշրջանում կայունության պահպանումը «հենց Փենյանի օգտին Է»:
Այս կարծիքին համաձայն Է հրթիռային սպառազինությունների բնագավառի՝ ՉԺՀ-ի հեղինակավոր բանակային փորձագետ Սուն Չժունպինը: «Հյուսիսկորեական «Հվասոն» հրթիռներն արձակման պատրաստելու համար բավականաչափ ժամանակ Է պահանջվում՝ ինչպես վառելիքով լրալցավորման, այնպես Էլ դրանք մեկնահրապարակ տեղախոխելու առումով: Այդ ընթացքում Միացյալ Նահանգների եւ նրա դաշնակիցների տիեզերական արբանյակներն ի վիճակի կլինեն հետեւելու եւ ոչնչացնելու այդ մարտագլխիկները»,- ընդգծել Է նա, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
