Ավարտվել է Երևանում 57-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է Երևանի բնակիչ, 1960թ. ծնված Արմեն Սուրմենելյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 57-ամյա տղամարդու դին հայտնաբերվել էր 2017թ. հունվարի 20-ին` ժամը 20:55-ին, Երևան քաղաքի Թումանյան փողոցի բնակարաններից մեկում` կրծքվանդակի ձախ կեսի շրջանում ծակած-կտրած վնասվածքներով:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Արմեն Սուրմենելյանը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածքներն ստացել է ընկերոջ կողմից՝ վերջինիս հետ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ:
Մասնավորապես՝ նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. հունվարի 20-ին՝ երեկոյան, Ա.Սուրմենելյանը հյուրընկալվել է ծանոթի բնակարանում, ում հետ տևական ժամանակ գտնվել է մտերիմ հարաբերությունների մեջ: Նշված բնակարանում վերջիններս միասին ալկոհոլ են գործածել: Այնուհետև նրանց են միացել Երևանի ևս երկու բնակիչ։ Որոշ ժամանակ անց Ա.Սուրմենելյանի և հյուրընակալողի միջև կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է սկսվել, որի ընթացքում վերջինս իր մոտ գտնվող դանակով երկու անգամ հարվածել է Ա.Սուրմենելյանի կրծքավանդակի առաջային մակերեսի ձախ կեսին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածքներ:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ տանտիրոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
