ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության աշխատակիցները ներգրավվել են Արտավան գյուղի հարակից տարածքների հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին

Օգոստոսի 10-ի երեկոյան հրդեհ է բռնկվել ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Արտավան գյուղի հարակից տարածքի խոտածածկ հատվածում: Հրդեհը մեծ արագությամբ տարածվել է նաև հարակից` ՀՀ ԳՆ «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող անտառային հատված: Այրվում է մոտ 230 հա բուսածածկ տարածք: Հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին մասնակցում են ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության հրշեջ ծառայության, ՀՀ բնապահպանության, պաշտպանության, գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունների, Ոստիկանության, մարզպետարանի, «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ընկերության աշխատակիցները և Արտավան գյուղի բնակիչները:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունից, դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանի գլխավորած խումբը` գերատեսչության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների հետ: Նախարարի հանձնարարությամբ հրդեհի վայրին մոտ գտնվող ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բոլոր տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների /‹‹Խոսրովի անտառ›› պետական արգելոցի,‹‹Զանգեզուր›› կենսոլորտային համալիրի, Բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության/ աշխատակիցները ժամանել են դեպքի վայր` հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին մասնակցելու նպատակով:
2017թ. հուլիսի 17-ին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը ստորագրել էր հրաման, համաձայն որի բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների պահպանություն և կառավարում իրականացնող ոչ պետական առևտրային կազմակերպությունների տնօրեններին հանձնարարվել է իրենց ենթակայության տակ գտնվող տարածքներում սահմանել շուրջօրյա հերթապահություն՝ հրդեհների բռնկումները կանխարգելելու նպատակով, կազմակերպություններում առկա հրդեհային կանխարգելիչ տեխնիկական միջոցները բերել առաջնային պատրաստվածության վիճակի և շուրջօրյա հերթապահության ընթացքում արձանագրված հրդեհների դեպքերի մասին անհապաղ տեղեկացնել նախարարին և համապատասխան պետական մարմիններին:
ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը միևնույն ժամանակ հանդես էր եկել ազգաբնակչությանն ուղղված զգուշություն ցուցաբերելու կոչով:
«Մեկ անգամ ևս Հանրապետության ազգաբնակչությանը կոչ ենք անում զգուշություն ցուցաբերել՝ զերծ մնալով անտառածածկ և խոտածածկ տարածքներում կրակ վառելուց, այրվող կամ չհանգած իրերը, ապակե տարաները խոտածակ հատվածներ նետելուց, ինչպես նաև ցորենի հնձած դաշտերում խոտի խոզանների այրումից»,- ասված է նախարարության հայտարարությունում:
