Ինչո՞ւ է հարկավոր սուրճից հետո ջուր խմել

Eg.ru-ն գրում է, որ բարձրակարգ սրճարաններում սուրճը մատուցում են մաքուր ջրի հետ։ Այս հին սովորությունն իր բացաատրությունն ունի։
Մի ալկալոիդը լավ է, երկուսը՝ ավելի լավը։ Սուրճի հատիկների կառուցվածքը միատարր չէ։ Դրա արտաքին շերտը պարունակում է թարմացնող ալկալոիդ, որը հայտնի է կոֆեին անունով։ Ներքին շերտում գտնվում է մեկ այլ ալկալոիդ՝ տեոբրոմին։ Լուծվող սուրճի պատրաստման ընթացքում օգտագործվում է միայն հատիկների ներքին հատվածը։ Եթե խոսքը հատիկավոր սուրճի մասին է, ապա այն երկու ալկալոիդ է պարունակում։ Երբ սուրճ ենք խմում, այս երկու ալկալոիդները միաժամանակ մտնում են օրգանիզմ, սակայն սկսում են գործել հերթով։ Նախ՝ սկսում է աշխատել կոֆեինը, 25 րոպե անց՝ տեոբրոմինը։ Կոֆեինը սեղմում է բոլոր օրգանների անոթները՝ բացի երիկամներից. դրա անոթները, հակառակը, էսպրեսոյի մի քանի բաժակից հետո լայնանում են։ Արդյունքում՝ ճնշումը բարձրանում է, և միզարձակման ցանկություն է առաջանում։
Սակայն արդեն 30 րոպե անց քնելու ցանկություն է առաջանում. նշանակում է՝ սկսել է ազդել տեոբրոմինը. բոլոր օրգաններում ճնշումը բարձրացել է, երիկամներում՝ իջել։ Երիկամներում արյան մատակարարման խանգարումից խուսափելու համար հարկավոր է մի կում սուրճ խմելուց հետո մի կում ջուր խմել։
Լուծվող սուրճ օգտագործելու դեպքում ևս հարկավոր է ջուր խմել՝ քնելու ցանկության առաջացումից խուսափելու համար։
Հավելյալ պատճառներ։ Սուրճի սիրահարներն ունեն ևս մի քանի պատճառ՝ դրանից հետո ջուր խմելու համար։
• Լավացնում է համը։ Եթե միանգամից մի քանի կում սուրճ ենք խմում, երկրորդն արդեն այնքան համեղ չի լինում, որքան առաջինը։ Մաքուր ջուրը կմաքրի համային ռեցեպտորները. Արդյունքում՝ կարող եք վայելել յուրաքանչյուր կում։
• Կարգավորում է ճնշումը։ Նրանք, ովքեր վախենում են սուրճ օգտագործել բարձր ճնշման պատճառով, կարող են ջուր խմել սուրճից հետո։ Ջուրը կարող է թուլացնել կոֆեինի ազդեցությունը, սրտի զարկերը չեն արագանա։
• Սպիտակ ատամներ։ Սուրճը պիգմենտ է պարունակում, որը ներկում է ատամի էմալը։ Եթե ամեն կում սուրճից հետո մի փոքր ջուր խմեք, պիգմենտը չի հասցնի ներծծվել, և ատամները սպիտակ կմնան։
