Թրամփը պատրաստվում Է ԱՄՆ-ում արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմ սահմանել «օպիոդային համաճարակի» պատճառով

Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ում օպիոդների համաճարակը հասել Է ազգային մակարդակի: Ինչպես հայտնել Է Reuters-ը, նախագահի վարչակազմը մշակում Է փաստաթղթեր, որպեսզի պաշտոնապես երկրում արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմ հայտարարի, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը: «Ես պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ, որ դա արտակարգ իրադրություն Է: Մենք պատրաստվում ենք շատ ժամանակ, շատ ջանքեր եւ շատ փոխ ծախսել այդ լուրջ հիմնախնդրի լուծման համար, որը նախկինում մեզ մոտ երբեք չի եղել»,- ասել Է Թրամփը:
Գործակալությունը բերում Է Նյու Ջերսիի նահանգապետ Քրիս Քրիստիի գլխավորած՝ Սպիտակ տան հանձնաժողովի տվյալները օպիոդային ճգնաժամի վերաբերյալ, ըստ որոնց թմրադեղերի գերդոզավորումից օրական մահանում են ավելի քան 100 ամերիկացիներ, իսկ յուրաքանչյուր երեք շաբաթը մեկ նույնքան մարդ, որքան զոհվել Է 2001 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ին ԱՄՆ-ի վրա ահաբեկիչների գրոհի հետեւանքով: Օպիոդները դեղորայքային պատրաստուկներ են, որոնք օգտագործվում են որպես ուժեղ ներգործող ցավազրկողներ: Օրգանիզմի վրա պատրաստուկների ներգործությունը համեմատում են ափիոնի գործածության ազդեցության հետ:
