Ամռան տապին մսի վաճառքի ու սանիտարական պայմանների ապահովման մասին Past.am-ը զրուցել է «Իրազեկ ևպաշտպանված սպառող» ՀԿ նախագահ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանի հետ:
 
«Այն ինչ մենք տեսնում ենք նորմալ չէ: Այն մեխանիզմները, որոնք փորձում են այսօր ներդնել, միտված է նրան, որ ոլորտը կարգավորվի հնարավորինս ուշ: Սպանդանոցներ ունենալն, իհարկե, շատ կարեւոր է, սակայն երբ նայում ու տեսնում ենք, որ սպանդանոց կառուցելու ու սպանդանոցային ծագման միս ունենալու ենթակառուցվածքի զարգացման ժամկետային հնարավորությաը, ապա հասկանում ենք, որ այս ոլորտը հնարաորինս ուշ է կարգավորվելու: Անգամ չեմ էլ ցանկանում ասել, թե ինչ պայմաններում է միսը տեղափոխվում քաղաք: Իսկ թե ինչ կերպ է իրացվում դա էլ արդեն հարցի մեկ այլ կողմ է»:
 
Ինչպես նշեց Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը կարևորագույն խնդրի կարգավորման շուրջ ՍԱՊԾ-ն լուրջ անելիքներ ունի.
 
«Այս պահին ես կարող եմ գնահատական տալ նրանց աշխատանքին, սակայն ոչ ավել: ՍԱՊԾ-ն անում է ամեն ինչ ձեռք բերելու համար քաղաքացիների անվստահությունը եւ ոչ վստահությունը»:
 
Թե ի՞նչ մեթդներ են հարկավոր ՍԱՊԾ-ին սեփական պարտավորությունները հավուր պատշաճի կատարելու ու բնակչության առողջությանն ուղղված վտանգները վերացնելու համար Բ. Պիպոյանը դժվարացավ պատասխանել.
 
«Դժվար հարց եք բարձրացնում, քանի որ անգամ ԶԼՄ-ները մեկ անգամ չէ, որ բարձրաձայնել են խնդիրների մասին: Շատ կարեւոր է, որ հասարակությունն ու մեդիան գնահատական տա ՍԱՊԾ-ի աշխատանքին ու համապատասխան խիստ հայտարարություններ հնչեցնեն աշխատանքների տակտիկան ու մեթոդները փոխելու համար»:
